From order to delivery Bathroom supplies kept us informed and managed to supply and deliver the bath to meet our schedule and requirements . They contacted the delivery company to ask if they could let us know a delivery time frame , which they did .The bath arrived and was delivered in excellent condition , It was great quality and looks amazing , and my mother qualified for the zero vat facility which was made easy by bathroom supplies as they provided the form to populate has now been installed and has been used by my 92 yr old mother who is now able to bathe without issue or assistance

Great all round service
I initially contacted the company by phone, in order to get clarity on some of their products. The man I spoke to was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, which greatly assisted me with my purchase. The items were on sale and therefore great value and they arrived quickly and in top condition. This is fabulous service from a company who I will use again and can highly recommend.

Exemplary service and customer care
I bought a Kudos shower base and enclosure from Bathroom Supplies Online because they had the best price and stock.
Dealing with the company about stock and delivery was a pleasure as the customer service answered my call and dealt with my enquiries immediately in a friendly and helpful way.
When I installed the enclosure there was a fault which led to the glass breaking. Lindsey, the office manager, liaised with the Kudos and arranged a replacement which was delivered in a day and a half.
This companies customer service is exemplary and I would recommend anybody to buy from them.

Save yourself hassle and go elsewhere. Ordered shower tray online, after over a week I chased up and was told it was only just dispatched. Followed was more chasing up delivery dates coming and going. Eventually cancelled 3 weeks later and ordered elsewhere. Job now delayed almost a month. Only positive was the refund was somewhat prompt.

Good experience overall
I ordered a spare part for my shower but was sent completely the wrong item. I contacted Bathroom Supplies Online and was happy to actually speak to a person, not a bot. They acknowledged their mistake, but had none in stock. They ordered the correct part and it arrived around a week.
I would use again and had they not sent the wrong part originally I would have given 5 stars.

Amazing process, fast delivery, wide range of stock
I broke my toilet seat cover and the toilet I have is so exclusive I couldn’t buy a generic toilet seat to fit. I managed to find the model I wanted but I ordered 3 times on Amazon and they all broken on delivery. Luckily I found this website and ordered, and the delivery was actually with care and finally after 1 month my toilet have a cover again

Clear and easy web site and the best price for what i wanted. Slight delay on delivery of the item that wasn't in stock but i was kept informed and the staff were really helpful.
