I was very happy with the delivery time…
I was very happy with the delivery time , just a couple of days from ordering and the bath itself was good too , but i was not happy with having no help to bring it inside , I asked the delivery man if he could just push it into my hallway, and he said he couldn't , so was left on a palette on my doorstep , which is where i had to unpack it , and then drag the bath in myself , I am quite strong for a 67 year old woman , but this was just as well , Also was left with a palette that cluttered up the garden and had to have that taken away by a friendly neighbour or it would have stayed in the garden forever .

Excellent Customer Service - if only all suppliers were like this
We bought a small bath from this company a few weeks ago. Purchase and delivery were seamless, no fuss, no faff, everything just got done in the easiest possible way. Moving forward, I noticed a small "bleb" in the bath surface on removing the plastic film covering during installation. Having bought many items over the last few years and having had no end of problems when some were not up to scratch, I feared the worst and fully expected a battle to get resolution, ie, a new bath, possibly. I needn't have worried!! I corresponded with Kelly (Customer Services Manager) and she was brilliant from start to finish. Kelly contacted the manufacturer immediately, and within 24 hours I had a response and a resolution. Brilliant!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better buying / delivery experience and certainly didn't expect the issue I raised to be resolved so quickly. From a point where I thought we would need to get a new bath fitted, Kelly resolved the issue at lightning speed. I am very very grateful, a HUGE thanks to Kelly!!!!

We have purchased the Oliver bathroom units before and like the quality. We are renovating a property and won’t need the units until May but Bathroom City let us purchase the units in January so that we got the discount and will store them until we need them. Ive ordered a few bits from Bathroom…
Ive ordered a few bits from Bathroom city as i was carrrying out a bathroom refurb and my last order was damaged during transit. I was away on holiday which meant that i was not entitled to any form of compensation as i had to report the broken item within 2 days of receiving delivery according to their terms and conditions.
Kelly at customer services was amazing, she requested images and within an hour they agreed to replace the damaged tumbler. She was polite friendly and in my experience very professional on how she dealt with the claim.

Soma did very well on our telephone call. He should be commended. The website is not so good and received a 4 star rating from me as you cannot add more than one extra end panels or plinths. Soma helped and sorted the order out for me. Thank you.

We unfortunately cracked our sink that…
We unfortunately cracked our sink that we had purchased 3 years ago with the beautiful Lucido vanity unit, however Tash managed to source the same sink for us and arranged delivery also, as per her word the sink arrived today safe and sound, so just waiting for a plumber to fit it. We have been so impressed with their fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble, that we would highly recommend Bathroom City to all our friends.

Initial delivery and ordering super…
Initial delivery and ordering super quick, unfortunately had an issue when unpacking the bath as it had a crack in the base not noticed until the plumber required it. Contacted Kelly who dealt with the issue immediately with clear concise instructions. After following those instructions a refund was granted and a replacement bath issued. Excellent customer service.
