The price was good - but increased rapidly
The price was good.
Delivery was exactly as promised.
Went back to the website to order more(candles) but they had increased by 25% so I won’t be placing an order.
And the address to write to isn’t recognised!

NEOM ceramic stars
The NEOM ceramic stars are a great non toxic home diffuser. I use pure essential oils. Better in a smaller space. Or you can hang up multiple stars.

My absolute favourite hand wash Whisky & Water, smells good enough to drink but I wouldn’t advise it. Unlike some hand wash it really lathers up and feels luxurious and where should you buy it from, Bath and Unwind of course. The service from Bath and Unwind was superb, really helpful emails so that you know exactly when to expect your order and really quick delivery.

Excellent company - great product range
Excellent site - and great customer service. Discovered Bath and Unwind by chance when looking for Olverum Bath Oil. Not only did they have the twin pack at a great price but I also received a free gift and my customer service issue - minor - was dealt with super quickly.

Really responsive firm who were quick to ship and good prices. There was an issue with my original order and they could not have been more helpful, sending out again with a different courier and keeping me informed all the way.

No guarantee of delivery after paying
Ordered on 31st December.
The website states 3-5 days delivery.
Two working days to go and the website states that it still has not even been dispatched, which not only means that it WILL NOT meet their delivery promises but is also likely to be OUT OF STOCK😡
I really HATE companies who take your money and expect people to wait indefinitely for the goods under false pretences. VERY sharp practice and unacceptable.
I also don’t like the fact that this company does not have an actual phone number, despite being in Bristol (supposedly). This is always a ‘Red Flag’, what are they hiding from?
I will give them a couple more days and IF they respond appropriately I will update this review, otherwise, I will have to process a cash back via my credit card company (not the first time).
Update: Just as I thought - they have responded to an email that I sent voicing my concerns and they admitted that THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK!
Absolutely do not trust this company if they do not deliver on time, insist on a refund and use somebody else.

I placed order on the 20th December 2025 and 16 days later I have still not received it. Although it says it was dispatched on the 22nd December.

Discount offered - not given?
The reason I placed an order with your company is because you offered apparently on your website a '15% discount' on my first order.
When I came to the checkout, the 'discount code' did not work, and I ended up having to pay the full price as this was for a Christmas present, and I did not want to delay shipment.
I emailed you twice about this issue, but I have had no reply or explanation, just this message asking for feedback!
I personally don't think it's fair to offer a discount to make the products more attractive, and then not have this facility.
I would be grateful if you could please look into this.
On the positive side, the products are wonderful (Noble Isle), and the shipping was quick.

The Scent Alone Is Heaven
There are lots of products about that do the job that our Noble Isles products do, many of them much cheap. However, none of them are as good as these, the scent alone is heaven. Such nice products, offering great quality. Also, great service with the products arriving quickly. My wife ic in love with Noble Isle products.

Where are my purchases from a month ago??
I purchased a few items from Bath & Unwind on 26 November 2025. Today is 27 December 2025 and I still have not received the items I purchased. I notified Bath & Unwind that my purchases have not arrived and received a generic automated acknowledgement email mid December and nothing since. The purchases were a Christmas gift. Hard to believe in this day and age that Bath & Unwind have a) been unable to harness the power of efficient delivery and b) have been so incredibly terrible with their customer service.

I can see that we responded to your email on 23rd December and have since arranged a replacement for your order.
Unfortunately, parcels can occasionally go missing, particularly during international transit. We have therefore replaced your order, which is now on its way via DHL. While we regret that it did not arrive in time for Christmas, we truly hope it still brings you joy when it arrives.
Absolutely outrageous
Absolutely outrageous! I placed my order 10 days ago and since then, I haven't heard a thing about my package, despite my attempts to contact customer service, who have never responded. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift... Now it's completely ruined!
