I have not receive the products how to review? I had very bad experience
I ordered 2 items for Dr Hauschka products in Nov, and up to now I didn’t receive the products and your customer dept suppose to respond back to me but up to now still no news from your company. Pls check and advise me accordingly.

I’m messaging constantly as my parcel is missing so far sent quite a few emails with only one reply today where they have clearly not read my email about my parcel missing what I’ve spent is quite a lot of money and need for Christmas,,, I feel I can’t get this situation sorted out before Christmas

The prices are reasonable and ordering process is simple. Most of all, they carry a special product from Scotland that I cannot easily find.

I ordered a shower gel and a hand wash. They were both advertised at a very competitive price.
The items were delivered promptly and securely packaged. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using “Bath and Unwind” for future purchases.

Ordered some Kevin Murphy items, one of which was on pre order. Paid for a faster delivery but it’s been 10 days since I ordered and none of them have arrived. I complained 4 days ago and suggested they should split my order with the products in stock and the product on pre-order, and refund the delivery cost, which they have now done. I shouldn’t have to suggest that, surely that’s pretty basic stuff that you’d expect from a reputable e-commerce business? Anyway I’m still waiting on the products and I’m not able to track the delivery as they’ve not provided any dispatch numbers or tracking info.

These guys are AMAZING. Shipped my hair product order really quickly and their customer service is great, fast and caring. I will order again. More businesses need to learn from them on now to treat their customers. Very impressed.

I can’t believe the shipping cost was so reasonable & the shipping speed was fairly speedy.

Very disappointed that the 6 x Noble Isle hand wash items that I ordered were not presented in boxes, it was just the hand wash in plastic dispensers without any packaging beyond the large cardboard box they arrrived in. These were christmas gifts so I had to buy 6 individual boxes rather than handing over plastic dispensers as gifts.

All the products came in tact and on time. Everything is beautiful! I love that Bath & Unwind has my fave UK brand, Ilapothecary!

In response to your below reply, I did email you, twice, and it was by replying to the one YOUR organisation sent me.
I received the following auto-response - via email - within 5 minutes of sending, it read:

Please refrain from feigning 'lost in the ether' responses, when I am $165 out of pocket, and in need of what I ordered.

I have responded to the rep who emailed me just now and confirmed that my address listed is correct. It did not seek to help me further, and just stated 'it says it was delivered'.
This is not good enough, please escalate to an appropriate manager who could actually help.

I want to log zero stars, haven’t received my order, no tracking number issued, and I keep getting survey requests, but no response to my requests for follow up.
Don’t use, dodgy service that takes your money but doesn’t give you anything.

The price was reasonable, the packaging was good and intact, and it took a while to arrive.

The item I purchase was an expensive LED mask, it arrived from UK broken. It only worked till the first charging was gone. Then it never turned on again after multiple tries to charge it. On top of that I had to pay over 120€ for shipping which was also very unpleasant experience.

Customer support ignored my first email and took them a few days to answer on the second after the return time is already passed.

There was a delay im the shipping process but everything worked out fine.

EDITED TO ADD: the company reached out to find out more and after a bit of back and forth, they offered a replacement or refund. To recognise good customer service I have upped my rating to 4/5 from 2/5. It would have been 5 stars if everything had arrived undamaged originally, but given the problems the company did do well to resolve them.

Good price and one of the only places that had them in stock. But the two Highland Soap Company Reed diffusers both had their seals broken. In fact it looks like both were cut open. This means I can't give them as gifts this Christmas. Disappointed.
