Great website with great products
I accidentally discovered BathandUnwind.com while doing an online search for Omorovicza products several years ago, and I'm so happy I did. B&W has a great selection of many different brands at decent prices. (They were a lot more affordable last year, but I guess that's the nature of the market.) Since the orders are coming from across the pond, I realize it takes time to get here. I've never had a problem receiving my orders. Everything is always packed so well, which is greatly appreciated. Great packaging for great hard-to-find products. Thanks, Bath and Unwind!

A very nice smelling lotion
I got to try the lotion on vacation in Scotland. Purchased a bottle and my husband loved it. Im so happy I was able to find it again and be able to purchase it. My husband loves the scent. I truly was amazed at how fast I got it coming from overseas.

I placed an order from the U.S and it arrived in exactly 2 weeks. I’m very satisfied with my order and will definitely continue to repurchase from this company. I had ordered a few deodorant sticks, but I wasn't aware that B&U is UK-based (I live in The Netherlands). It took very long for the parcel to arrive (2 weeks), and prior to it arriving in the end, I contacted B&U saying the parcel probably got lost (no tracking was available). They then followed up very kindly, sent me a new parcel cost-free, asking only for this review :)

I newly discovered this company and was so excited, placed my 1st order and it arrived everything was fine. then I placed another order which I never received evri driver left the package somewhere unknown. despite me continuously contacting them I have had no response form them regarding my m missing order.
I have tried to resolve with evri but as we know they are useless so I have no product and my money is gone.

Great deals and customer service but poor shipping time
I felt that the specific item I purchased was on “back order” for way longer than the description had listed (10 days)
The agents via email were very kind and informative on keeping me posted when I inquired about the status. I wish the option in the portal was accurate regarding clicking the link to check the status of the order. Every time it didn’t state anything therefore I had to email about a shipping status update.
