Great customer service for e-assist bikes
I needed a firmware update for my e-bike. And my back brakes needed some attention. The customer service and attention to detail from the workshop was exceptional. For my money Balfe’s Bikes is the best bike shop in West London. It can even lay claim to being the best bike shop throughout London.

Needed to buy 4 bikes for the family so…
Needed to buy 4 bikes for the family so I found online some great deals on last year models but I was confused to what I should get so I took a trip down to their store and that was the best decision ever. The staff were super welcoming and took care of me and the family. One hour later I walked out with 4 bikes and all what I needed to go with it. Thanks!
