Just the very best service and products! We bought 2 MiRider bikes and 2 storage bags to keep them safe in our camper van. Andy and Freddie was the loveliest guys you could ever meet, both knew their stuff and were so very helpful. The service we received was nothing less than outstanding! 🤩 cannot wait to buy more from you, the soo is full of great quality merchandise at affordable prices. Good prices but very slow. Ordered Tuesday, items still hadn't been dispatched on Friday, so phoned and was told it would likely be dispatched after the weekend. A bit disappointing when you are waiting for a bike part. A couple of things I had ordered from other suppliers at the same time were delivered within 3 days. I have used this company twice and both times were slow, probably won't use again for this reason.

All the stuff turned up on time. Really simple. I did have an issue with one item, got through really easily via phone, yes someone picked up the phone and we got the problem sorted without any dramas. Thank you guys, would use again without doubt!

They Seem to treat locals better based on reviews I've seen. I tried to purchase a bike online and was told they wouldn't fit upgraded parts I bought with the bike because it would take too much time or help me with basic fitting. Lost a sale I'll go where I feel valued as a customer. I was put through to Rotherham store and the guy was very dismissive and unhelpful. I understand it's busy time but I would expect some kind of positive discussions.

Great price on pedals but slow despatch compared to the competition. These days if you order one day you expect despatch the next day..My item was not despatched until two more further days so with hindsight I should have gone elswhere as the other parts I need I got from Balfes, Merlin and Tredz and these arrived with me before the part from J E James had even been despatched. All Items were listed as in stock.

I purchased a cycle online from JEJAMES the whole experience was a delight from ordering to delivery and after service. Ordering was very easy, the delivery company (FEDEX) kept informed at every stage and actually arrive on time when they said they would be turning up.
I Had to pop my cycle down to James cycles in Rotherham and the service was outstanding I was actually WOWED everyone was so helpful and a gentleman call Josh from distribution who sorted out my problem someone who actually genuinely cared.

I bought a bike from JE cycles from Sheffield. There were many problems firstly as I left the store the bike broke on my way out the salesman said it was road safe it was not as it broke on my way home. I brought it back to get it fixed. It broke again and later he blamed me for not using the bike enough. I am never shopping their again

Went to the Sheffield store as rebuilding my bike up from just the frame and never done anything like this before. They guys in the shop were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and fun! Bought some drivetrain components for a 1x11 conversion. They gave great advice on what would work and what wouldn't, and whaddya know, they were spot on!! Prices for the parts were also much cheaper there than in shops in my home town (1 hour drive away!!).

Will definitely go back there for more bike bits.

I TRAVELLED FROM WILTSHIRE TO BARNSLEY AFTER SPEAKING TO OLLIE ON THE PHONE. WITHIN 22 HRS I WAS IN RECEIPT OF MY SUPER DUPER AMITI E+ PRO ELECTRIC BIKE. GREAT COMMUNICATION, THANKS OLLIE. ON ARRIVAL I MET ELISE & TOM, THESE GUYS ARE SUPERB, KNOWLEDGABLE, FRIENDLY & PROFFESIONAL. I DIDNT GET THE GUYS NAME IN THE WORKSHOP BUT HE ADDED THE EXTRAS ON BIKE AS REQUESTED OVER THE PHONE AND HE TOO WAS PROFFESIONAL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. WELL WORTH THE 5 HOUR TRAIN JOURNEYS /3 TRAINS LOL).

Ordered a set of specialized Krypo pedals once opening the box I noticed the pins and the inner pedal had all completely corroded and were deteriorated. Emailed there support with photos and also tried to contact there number with 0 response. For the first time using them I definitely won’t be in a rush to use again.

Excellent communication and guidance through the cycle to work scheme. Bike checked and prepared prior to delivery. Great support.

Bought a couple of times from here over a few years, always good service. This time Specialised 2FO shoes at a great price. Very comfy, haven’t used in anger yet as I’m still waiting for the new bike (from Saracen). Delivery was really quick even right after Christmas.
