Awesome Gti 

Just got my mk7 gti back from having the Superpro CADJK fitted. Absolutely made up with them. They also fitted a rear ARB i’d sourced myself from elsewhere without any issues. Reasonably priced too. Be back for a service in a few months time 👍🏻

I had a Remus exhaust fitted to my 124 Spider by Awesome GTI. Absolutely amazing service, they ordered the Remus for me and when it arrived booked in the fitting. I sat and had a complimentary drink and watched them fit it through the large glass panes. It was so good to see them take such care and time getting the fitting right rather than rushing it. Super happy with the results and will be using them from now on.

Many thanks to the team at Awesome GTI, especially Linda and Saj for the excellent service, advice and hospitality. They were happy to fit my new discs, pads and brake lines along with a K&N air filter and Forge Air Intake. The guys at Awesome took care and time to complete the work properly, no corners cut and at a very reasonable price.

I will definitely be going there again with my Golf R for additional mods based on the fantastic honest advice given.

Got my car mapped today completely transformed my little BXE.
Top service, I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on.

ordered some powerflex bushes which they said were in stock, 2 weeks later still waiting for delivery and finally arrived after 3 weeks. product is not suitable for purpose but as fitted they will not refund. highly disappointed and will avoid and advise everyone else to as well. shame there is not a minus star rating

Pretty poor to be honest, ordered a part, but they sent the wrong item, so that was a delay, emailed them, no response till after the weekend, they arranged pick up, but after that nothing was heard, after 2wks sent them an email, no response, 2nd email, no response, opened a PayPal dispute, finally got a snotty answer, said they would cancel and refund, however still waiting but we will see how long it takes, very poor service, wouldn’t recommend, plenty others selling the same stuff, AKS etc.

2nd time I’ve taken my RS 3 to Awesome. Excellent customer service, quality aftermarket products fitted properly. Take your car to Awesome, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t recommend them enough.

Cigar lighter wasnt working (desperately needed it for phone charger!) Nipped in here, and the guys were really helpful, no problem or charge, the guys replaced my fuse.. well done and massive thanks guys!

2 out of 4 coils arrived damaged, and it couldn't of happened in transit as the box was large, and well packed so they've obviously came from dispatch like that. Now after waiting a week, ive got to send these back and wait once again for a new shipment. Wish I paid the little bit extra and went elsewhere now

Fantastic, quick and professional serivce! found the issue with my S3 within the hour, booked in, parts ordered and fitted within days. Cannot say a bad word about them, i would recommend anyone to take their vehicles here

recently had my audi s4 in for some major work. Timing chains, tensioners, guides, waterpump, pcv, thermostat and to also fit some aftermarket upgraded parts i supplied them. After some trouble along the way and needing to replace some more parts due to a slight mistake there end (which they rang me about straight away, told me it will be delayed but they'll cover the bill) I got my car back with all problems rectified. Cant thank these guys enough, and would definitely use them again. Not many honest garages left these days, but you can definitely trust awesome gti.

Disgracful company sell stuff online that isnt in stock.
placed order 11/05 still no refund

Ask to cancel order to be told magically its been dispatched and to refuse delivery 5 days later a parcel arrives i refused at door on 20/05 and still no refund.

Call company to be told its my problem for refusing order and they wouldnt sell on website if no stock although email proof of being told no stock.

Would aviod Company at all costs

Lisa was my first point of call, excellent customer service. Car had Racechips GTS black fitted. Dyno runs carried out. Had an issue during dyno run which caused damage to two tyres....it can happen. They didnt call me, they wanted to talk to me face to face. When I arrived to collect the car they had replaced all 4 tyres with identical ones £611. They covered the cost. Service from start to finish is brilliant. Issues do occur, that's life, how you deal with them is all that matters. I will be returning for more work on my car when its out of warranty. 31yrs trading doesnt happen when you're mediocre.... I recommend this company.

Totally disgusting service i ordered an item on line they took my money and tried to hack my account in the process!!!! i never recieced the item i had ordered they are scammers or at least one of the staff are! CAUTION🤬

i was told ny a member of there staff,that if i bought a set of bilstien b4 sports i could use my apex 50mm lower springs,so i bought them from awsom gti,with in one week of the shocks being on the car,the front shocks have failed,and knocking badly,i contacted them,but they denined ever telling me that i could fit the apex springs,and no re fund would be offerd,even when i said i was willing to buy a set of b6,of them,im extermly up set over this.order number,0000115344 05/03/2020.

Awesome really do live up to their name. The staff are helpful polite and really go the extra mile to help out choosing the right product for your needs. Then when using their facilities for anything from general services to modifications the workmanship and skilled labour is second to none. Quality work that really leaves you with peace of mind that true enthusiasts as well as top class technicians have undertaken the work beating main dear service hands down.

Having had mapping, servicing and general modification work done from exhaust to suspension I feel I can comment on all options they offer and have always exceeded expectations. Highly recommended and will always be top of my list.

Has to be your onstop shop for sourcing, purchasing and fitting some of top brands in the business. There isn't anyone else I trust more.

Very poor service. Wouldn't get a car mapped there again

These guys looked after my Audi A1 when the time chain went earlier this year. The car was still under 3rd party warranty and was a complete nightmare because they didn’t want to pay out (nothing new there!). Lisa dealt with everything, trying to help out with as much as possible. Very friendly, always called me back and went out of her way to provide a first class service!!

They had the car for a few weeks and it’s been bang on since. Had a decent seat courtesy car in the meantime at a very reasonable price. They did a fantastic job and I have taken it back for another repair more recently for a faulty fuel cap release.

No doubt this is the only garage I would trust with my Audi and would certainly recommend!

Ive taken 6 cars there over the years. Mark (MD) has always treated me well. Hes always approachable, and has always gone the extra mile to help me. Hassan and John are my go to guys usually. The wealth of knowledge the staff have of anything VAG related is unrivalled. I think ive become that annoying over the years, that im either stored on their phone or they know my number before i even have to tell them it is. More recently Lisa, shes always happy to chat. She friendly and will happily talk cars with you until the cows come home. I took my car for a major service there in April. Service was completed with no hassles. The car was washed on the outside too. This is the 1st time that id taken it there for service because i understand the dealer stamped history is attractive when i sell my car. I own a MK6 Golf R. Not considered a run of the mill VW. When ever ive taken my pride and joy to maindealers, ive been unhappy with the service that theyve provided. So i decides to take it to Awesome. In the VAG world Awesome has a much better reputation than an main dealer will ever have. I feel that any visit to Awesome feels like a personal experience and me and my car arent just another cash cow to milk, much the feeling i get from a main dealer visit. I have also taken them there for everything else too. Remaps, repairs, diagnoses. Theyve even pulled me out of a hole when a local VW dealer had their 'Master Tech' leave a bolt loose after a cambelt and water pump change. The bolt bounced around the engine, bent teeth, frayed the new belt and put a hole in it. It was literally seconds from a catastrophic engine failure. I called Mark at near 11pm (Wouldnt usually something id do) He was still attentive to me, even at a silly hour. Awesome have never let me down. In my eyes, theyre 2nd to none. I obviously have a bias, but thats purely based on their professionalism and workmanship over the years. I do not hesitate to recommended them. I absolutely doubt the legitimacy of some of the comments made other reviewers.
