Awesome Gti 

Awesome are as the name suggests! I've used them for 3 years and never had an issue. Communication is always clear and help is on hand whenever it's needed.

So i recently bought a car with quite a bit of service history ect, i was told that it had a remap at Awesome but i had no way of confirming this. I needed to buy a clutch and needed one that could handle the power, so i needed to know if indeed a remap had been carried out. So i phoned Awesome with a request to see if it had indeed been tuned. I had very little information but Lisa tried everything she could (spending more time than could reasonably be expected) to find the information i required from Awesome's records with the limited information that i could supply. Lisa could not find the information in Awseome's records and so we ended the phone call but i was very thankful for the effort Lisa had put in. Well, 10 minutes later Lisa phoned me to tell me she had tracked down the info from an external source, and told me exactly what i needed to know, again she had no obligation to do this. So all i can say that if this is the level of customer service i can expect then i would be very happy to entrust my pride and joy to these guys. Lisa you are a credit to the company and you have won a customer today. Chocolate to follow. Oh and i bought the clutch.

Visited Awesome GTI when the cruise control stopped working after they carried out a remap on a Skoda Octavia vRS. Previous owner of the car sold it to me with this issue making me fully aware and also that Awesome Gti had agreed to fix it if they found a fault.
Made an appointment and visited their workshop in Manchester and was berated and shouted at in the waiting room by one of the managers as they were adamant there was no way the car would have left their workshop without the cruise control working. When I asked them to prove it they lost their rag. They charged me for enabling the cruise control function which I paid under dispute and later claimed back from my credit card company.
A scum company run by thugs.

I used Awsume gti.for years so my friends I say prices very high but I only put the best in my car so ordered pair coilpacks and took 2 payments out so beacause taken two lots of payments out my car insurance bounced as I new I had the money in. As banks do.you get charged me £35 .I spoke Two them that your mistake cost me £35..I was expecting we realy sorry ..we put £35 in your account .I said or send me a pair ngk iridiumplugs .o no we can't do that no u get nothing .hopefully miss understanding and plugs b sent out I can.take this of ..but if not I never order again or put .y friends on two Awsume as they all have golf's R32 /R Audi TTS RS all top cars shows u how tight big companies r

Excellent customer service, was able to leave my car audi s5 with them as it had gone into limp mode, they found the problem and it was fixed with in a week as they had to order a fuel pump in for me, great communication throughout, very knowledgeable technician gave me a run down of the problem and explained what was needed, great price for the work done. Highly recommend the company there staff and the workmanship .

do it as car had folt code s wich is understandable wos carged £99 not knowing what wos rong with my car no defent answer?????
so asked me to go back a few weeks later & wos carged £99 again
this time thay told me my turbo wos at folt and 😊 happy to carge me 3k to fix it
thay asked me wot petrol ⛽ i have in the car its a dissel should have walked away then enyways whent to ice and wos told its cos of my EGR valve stuck open never carged me a penny for the help proper garage and told me the problem 👍🏼 💛 thanks ian knows his cars GTI won'ted me to buy a new turbo wich is just fine when the turbo is ok???? have asked them to refund my £200 we will see wot happens there wot goes around comes around just trying to scam me will be going to the trading standards or even the police as its theft don't go there thay wont customer s to spend 10k then thay ar very happy 😊 to help don't go there

Not good really I thought it would be a good idea to have an health check done on my Audi S3 8 L paid the 75 pounds lots of work needed not a problem had to ring 4 times to chase quotation turned up on the day to have the work done which was found10 days earlier technician found a crack on the hub fixed to control arm said not to drive the car everything else done disappointed that paid for a health check and that was not found. I was told by reception I would receive quote by email bear in mind the crack in their words was serious 3 days later no quote decided to go with another company

Amazing company, my part was delayed by 6/8 weeks and they let me change for another quality part but different make, no questions and couldn't do enough for me, thank you

I purchased a spoiler for my Audi, it’s came with 3 creases in the plastic which were really noticeable. I was offered a small discount for this which was fine. But the curve of the new spoiler didn’t match the boot lid so the sides constantly pop up, also the tape supplied lasted maybe a week before it started failing.

Lee and Lewis in sales. Are absolutely rubbish. Don’t have a clue what there talking about . Just want to take your money. Dumb

Woeful as others have stated. Placed an order and was told 4-6 working days for delivery. Money was taken instantly. After 2 weeks passed I called to be told late next week. So called late next week to be told it would be the following week. So a wait of over a month for items they don't actually have in stock but take the funds. Asked for a cancel of the order and was told 7 to 10 days for r fund. Won't use this company again a complete joke.

Ordered some springs, website said in stock, so ordered them as needed for upcoming MOT, then received an email saying out of stock and were coming from Germany, luckily I was able to postpone the MOT, received springs in a couple of weeks, would seem by other reviews they need to stop taking orders for out of stock parts.

Very poor. Don’t list items as out of stock, take your money and leave you hanging for the best part of a month until you are forced to cancel the order.

I ordered a part for my b7 a4 from the Netherlands. Than i received an email that the part was not in stock and it had to come out of the USA. And it could take up to 4 weeks.
Today it got delivered after 2 weeks of waiting! I’m really happy. Hope the parts it looking oke. Did not open the box yet.
Oh yeah and i have to pay inport tax since the UK is no longer europe. So it got a little expensive.

Ordered some parts which they confirmed were in stock to be told 2-3 working days for delivery. Called up after the 3rd day to be told they haven't been sent yet. Called up again on the 8th day to be told they would take 1-2 weeks.
Disgusting service, asked for a refund to be told that can take 3-5 days when they take the money out your account right away. Will never use these people again.

Customer service is as good as the part they supplied me. Emailed them on how to remedy the problem I’m having, no response, when you spend good money, you expect a good service……not here!!

Recommend by a friend to use this company, they certainly live up to their name, very helpful and did exactly what they said, can't ask for anything more.

They sell items that are not in stock. Not awesome at all. Quick refund however after going through PayPal.
