I had an extremely disappointing experience having my wheels refurbished at Customise Your Wheels and would not recommend this company.
From the outset, the customer service was poor. Communication was inconsistent, and I was regularly left chasing for updates. The staff appeared to have no clear direction, gave conflicting information, and I was told things that later turned out not to be true.
The quality of the work was also unacceptable. There also appeared to be no quality control before the wheels were returned to me. I found rust on a refurbished wheel, this had to be re done.
Previous positive reviews of this company in no way reflect the service I have received.
Overall, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, absence of quality control, and substandard workmanship made this an expensive and frustrating experience.
I certainly won't be using this company again, and I would encourage others to do their research before trusting them with their wheels.

Alex and the lads pulled it out the bag yet again went to get my original BMW alloys refurbished, ended up buying better alloys from him and he refurbed them too, thanks guys they look and are great on the car happy chappy.

Buckled our Streetka’s front wheel in a pothole. Took the wheel in and it was repaired and painted by the next day. Price came in at £30 under the original estimate so thank you Alex and all the team. Great service with a smile.

Had many Cars , had loads of alloys , been to several Wheel refurbishment and paint places . Never been as impressed as I was with these guys. The Boss Alex was polite and helpful , even though I only had a Mini Countryman , and yet there were Porsches and Range Rovers and Mercs Galore .

After kerbing both wheels on the passenger side of my car, I spoke to Alex about repairing them. Alloys were repaired and all four alloys were powdercoated. The result was even better than I could have hoped for. Fantastic service and quality workmanship by Leon, Alex and the guys at customise your wheels.

Wow! Today i visited this company for some advice about the wheels on my BMW which i only bought yesterday. Alex gave me an honest and professional assessment where he pointed out the poor quality paintwork on the wheels. He also discovered that my rear offside wheel had been ground down to a dangerous and unacceptable level. He followed up his assessment with an email to the vendor on my behalf to back up my dispute. Alex was amazing in doing what he did for me even though i wasn't his customer at this point.
What an amazing and helpful man who is an asset to Customise your wheels. I can't thank him enough and will definitely be using their services in the future. Well done Alex .

Another top class job by these guys after clipping my front rim (Porsche 911) after needing to swerve to miss some idiot driving in the middle of the road.
Friendly and professional service. Fast turnaround and perfect finish on the wheel.

This is the second time I've used this company and to be honest I really would'nt go anywhere else for alloy wheel repairs. A great set of guys totally dedicated to their job and so professional. took my BMW in to have all four wheels done as one was particularly badly damaged but they worked their magic and hey presto I now have 4 wheels that look like they just came off the production line. You don't even have to leave your car as they supply a set of donor wheels so you can drive away while yours are repaired. Saw some of the customised wheels in the workshop and they look fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for alloy refurbishment or customisation. Thanks again guys for another brilliant job

Geat service, the original wheels where looking shabby and tired, when I arrived at customise your wheels, Leon looked at the wheels I wanted refurbishment, he advised on colours that would both set off the diamond cut on the wheel and the how it would look on my car, I chose black, when I arrived to have them fitted the team are all very helpful and friendly, I wanted one of the old wheels to replace the narrow run on spare, the guys removed the spare and replaced the tyre on the one I wanted for a better tread from one of the other three, I can't recommend this company enough, if you need your wheels repaired go to this company they are the best.

I cannot stress enough how delighted I am with the outstanding job Customise Your Wheels did on repairing the alloy on my Audi E-tron today. Dropped off at 9am, sorted by 4pm. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, I was amazed at the fast turnaround and impressed at the customer service from Alex, Leon and team - all so friendly and they kept me in the loop at every step. Their attention to detail and dedication to perfection were remarkable, my wheel looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The best alloy wheel repairs in Liverpool, and very reasonable too - I am super-impressed and wouldn’t go anywhere else now - you’ve got yourself a customer for life!

Proper old school professionalism, Had a volvo alloy which had gone porous and they sorted it for me and made it look awesome (Downside - makes the rest of the car look scruffy - gonna have to wash and wax it now, LOL)

I was recommended to take my car here for a wheel refurb. So glad I did!
From the start the service was professional, friendly with no sales pressure. They suggested the best shade for my wheels, fitted my new tyres. Even lent me donor wheels so I could get to work and back.
Alex led the work on my wheels and was great throughout.
Would recommend completely and would definitely return.
