As others have stated, I ordered linen pants sets from what I thought was Nordstrom that look more like scrubs than elegant travel clothes. The button holes are too small for the buttons and the material is cheap. It took a long time to arrive and there is no return label. Their site says to send a request to their support address for a return label but my email was returned as undeliverable. I sent an email to their service address but have received no answer. So far my conclusion is that I just lost $180.

Long shipping time, poor quality and poor customer service. I’ve been trying to return my items for a week and they will not reply! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

For the cost-I expected something much better quality,
Sandals were crammed into a bag, arrived bent and deformed. Very poor quality materials. Thin soft plastic straps and very hard base
Clothing made of cheap material as well. Says linen--- cant be.
The 'linen' 2 piece looked so comfortable on line-it doesn't fit the pic.
VERY bad sewing - and didn't use same color thread as item.
Waiting to see how quickly the refund happens.

I ordered a linen dress ($55.98) from this company. The dress didn't fit and I wanted to return it for a refund. The site they gave was shut down but I was able to contact customer service via email. The company required photos of the item and packaging which I provided. They then said I would have to pay for shipping (they est. $20) and said it would take a month. They suggested I donate the item and in exchange they would give me a coupon for 15% off my next purchase. I told them I did not want their coupon, will never purchase from them again, and would rather pay the shipping cost than give them my money.

Ordered a navy linen outfit that was of such poor quality, you could see through the cloth. The items look nothing like the higher quality items in the photos. I am waiting for customer service to respond to me so that I can return them and get my refund. Probably wishful thinking.

I’m only giving this 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Buyer beware: I ordered items in a size small and they are huge. I followed the instructions, sent pictures, etc. and requested return instructions. They informed me that the “dimensions of the product are correct,” said that I could “refer to the size chart” and “given the high cost of international shipping,” they “do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a product defect.” I will now learn how to determine country of origin before ordering anything online again.

Ordered some sandals that took 3 weeks to receive (after reminding them a couple of times). Finally received and product was totally misrepresented. Extremely poor quality and the "superior arch support" as promised was nonexistent with soles thin and hard. Sandals also have no manufacturer, no size, nothing printed as usual on the product.
I contacted them to return them but in the end was told I could either give them away or just absorb the loss as they couldn't be returned, though they would give me a 15% discount on my next purchase! Total scam!

I highly recommend to avoid this company.

I ordered batwing sleeve linen and cotton pants set. This setvisn’t whats advertised. It’s supposed to be made of cotton and linen but there’s no linen in the material. It’s cotton cousin. Very thin material. The style is not what was said different style sleeves. This is a big ripoff don’t waste your time and money.

This is a terrible company to do business with. Buyer beware!!! It is impossible to return to them if the outfit doesn’t fit. I will never purchase from them again.

It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for my purchase. I used their email and they responded with a “ Please be patient” . I ordered only one dress because I wanted to try them first and did not used my credit card, instead I used PAYPAL so my cc number is not floating around. You may get lucky once in a while but all the ads from the game apps are SCAMS. All Chinese with pretty pics but cheap quality and rarely anything like they picture it,
I’m done with all of these attractive looking sites that are overseas. I hope to get the dress and good riddance.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I have never written a negative review before. I ordered some sandals that were advertised as a name brand and received a poor quality replica. I followed their return policy and received email address not found. It was ultimately settled through Paypal.

Need to return an item. Neither email accounts work. And there is no customer service number to call. Frustrating

I would give less than this if it were available. Items are of poor quality, the seams look like they were stenciled on. The sizes are child sizes.

Received a cotton short sleeve blouse, not at all similar to photographs.

No labels on fabric or care or country of origin.

Attempting to return and received a replay that a return label was $20 and would take 30 days to receive.

Declined that offer and got a 15% credit for future purchases.

A true joke.

I will never buy ANY item from a game app. All fraudulent!

I agree with Theodora! This site is a scam. I received a pc of clothing from them 2 weeks ago. The quality was terrible and I tried to return it. I got the same response suggesting I keep it and donate it to charity. Unfortunately, I had ordered 4 other items totaling $162. Those items delivered today and the quality is just as bad as the first item I received. I immediately sent an email to the email address on their website. It was undeliverable. Next, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge BUT I was not billed for the first item or the 4 other items. Now I'm worried because I gave them my credit card number. Maybe that is all they wanted. I will keep an eye on my statement to make sure all the charges are legitimate. BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a yellow pants suit. When it came it was cream and looked like it was made in a China workhouse. Very primitive. Do not order from these people. Their website says 30 day return but the website does not work and there is no phone number.

The item I received was not at all what was advertised. This seller flashes Nordstroms on their website advertisement. By the time you realize this company is in China, the time has expired to cancel the order
The clothes are nothing like what is displayed. The clothes I received are not made the same as what is advertised. The pant set I received looks like scrubs nurses wear for work. Very deceptive tactics are use to get a sale on ugly merchandise.

TOTAL SCAM!!! I bought 2 pairs of sandals which were portrayed as TAOS brand. I’ve only received one pair and it is a cheap knockoff. It came from an address of: 9208 Charles Smith Ave in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. The other pair has not arrived. I charged one to Apple Pay and the other directly to my card. I’m hoping I can get a return but am doubtful. The BBB should look into this!

This is a scam. They deserved a zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their clothes are not a linen cotton blend. They are cheap polyester. No phone contact for customer service. They used Nordstrom in their ad yet Nordstrom has nothing to do with this company. I’m sure Nordstrom’s wouldn’t appreciate that. Rather than give me a return, they told me to donate the items I purchased to a charity. Here is what they told me:
