Be careful. Faulty premium hearing aids!
When they have your money, they don't seem to care anymore.
I purchased a pair of Oticon Intent 1, for almost £3000. In June 2025.
One failed in September, which they replaced.
However, a few months later I've had the same failure.
That's two hardware failures in less than 1 year!
I contacted them 21st March requesting a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I only received an automated response.
1 week later, I sent a polite reminder email, again, only received an auto reply.
1 week later, sent another email, exactly the same zero reply.
Tried online chat, got disconnected twice.
Tried Whatsapp from the website, never answered.
Tried online chat again, and no answer.
Feels like they don't care once they have your money.
I'm trying to contact digitally for keep an audit trail of contact.
When you are paying £3k for premium hearing aids, which have two failures in less than a year is not acceptable.
Next step, legal proceedings to try and get my refund.
Update.... Responded to their reply. Let's how long before I hear anything back!

A very good Consultation
For a first appointment with your department, it was very thorough and comprehensive in establishing my needs. The hearing test itself was conducted very thoroughly and results explained and shown, which was much appreciated. The aids supplied were fitted and adjusted as needed and the whole experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with the performance of the aids to date.

Due to I have been deaf all my life. It is early days of how good this hearing aid work for me. As it’s a new aid I have been given
The service was very good and helpful all done in one day wax cleaned, hearing test and a new aid I didn’t expect.
Hearing aid does take time to get use to and I will know if it will be right for my type of hearing.in the near future

Friendly and helpful service
Prince was friendly, helpful and efficient. The test was completed quickly and I was issued with my replacement hearing aids. He also updated the App for me and demonstrated the new features.
