Incorrect information from telephone support team
I was informed by the telephone support service that my blocked right ear would be suction cleared before having the hearing test. This did not happen, I had to make another appointment 6days latter. Which made an additional journey and a delay in clearing the wax from my ear.

Amazing audiologist and hearing aids at an amazing price
Absolutely fantastic service, friendly, very thorough, very patient and took the time to explain everything about the hearing aids also helped me download the app and set it all up.

Had hearing test this morning at…
Had hearing test this morning at Brundall Medical Centre 31/03/26, Mansoora Beebi Khader was my audiologist explained everything she was doing and made sure I understood what was happening. I Was fitted with hearing aids straight away which I must say are very discrete and comfortable, great experience all round and only took 45 mins. Thank you Mansoora.

Attended 11am appointment at Exmouth with Joshua arrived at 10.40am & was called in at 10.45am.
Josh was very welcoming carried out the test & advised the need for aids which he set up remotely & clearly explained how to fit & adjust on the app & all by 11.30am!

I responded to a promotion on Facebook…
I responded to a promotion on Facebook offering a NHS Audiology service in this area. Although I'm 80 years old my hearing is good for my age but I had noticed a few issues. I booked an appointment just over two weeks ahead which was unbelievable since I had heard of people waiting several months for a NHS appointment. On the day I was greeted by Fengel at the medical centre. She enquired about my concerns and explained what the hearing test involved before getting the equipment set up. At the end of the test she showed me the results and explained what the problem was and how she could resolve it. She produced a pair of hearing aids which she then programmed with four different scenarios. She fitted them and I could immediately heard the difference. To my surprise she said I was free to go but if I had any issues to contact the Audiology department. I could not believe I had gone for a test and left with a pair of hearing aids. Again I had heard that some people had waited many months before getting theirs.

I only looked on the website yesterday evening and l couldn't believe that l got an appointment the very next morning in Thetford.
I saw the audiologist Mansoora who asked me questions before doing a hearing test.
I came away with perfectly set up Bluetooth hearing aids.
