Highly recommend. Bought an airfryer online. It doesn’t fit, sent it back for free with no problem.

Very happy with the bedlinen ordered. The only negative was that I paid for next day delivery, however the delivery was split and took two and three days to arrive. I contacted Arnotts. They responded quickly and positively. Overall happy and will shop with Arnotts again.

Delivery didn't arrive and customer service were prompt and professional and kept in touch until the matter was resolved.

Ordered a radio and it took a long time coming, by which time I'd gone and bought one (needed as a gift). I returned and it was marked received over ten days ago. Again not even an email acknowledgement and service is slow to respond to my enquiries.

Can't recommend based on this disappointing experience that belongs back in the 'mail order' era.

Bought a Sage Barista machine in Arnotts for 1300 euro. After 5 months, it broke down. I rang customer service who put me through to the electrical department. Spoke to staff member, clearly giving the make (Sage) and description of problem. They sent me to Harold's Cross for repair. They told me they didn't deal with Sage machines. 124 km round trip for nothing.

I sent a message to Arnotts as my package was late arriving. I received a prompt update and delivery shortly after

I bought communion accessories- they were packages so carefully and arrived safely. I appreciate that even small cost items are packaged as if they were very expensive! Thank you Arnotts

I would give Rachel a five star rating for her assistance and positive interaction. I am hoping for a positive outcome with this query but it is now out of Rachel’s control.

Great online service for me. Just my experience but I went to buy something using a gift card and didn't correctly redeem the gift so paid the full amount on my credit card. Noticed immediately and was properly disappointed with myself as it was just an after Xmas impulse purchase. Sent an email that night asking to cancel and expected it to turn into a bit of back and forth but an email early in the morning showed it all sorted - Order cancelled, no charge on my card and I reordered it correctly then and it was delivered today (genuine 50% off as well). So all good from me.

Ordered a fairly expensive item which said they were in stock online. They took my money and gave me a date to expect delivery and then this morning emailed me to say sorry we are out of stock. With a 10% discount on anything I like. I would have liked what you said was available on site. Now I've wasted time and missed the sales in other stores. Do not waste your time shop where you know you'll get your product.
