I had an exceptional experience at Arnott's Dublin while searching for the perfect Mother of the Bride dress for my daughter's wedding.

Such rude sales assistant...just a bad experience i only try now one blush and she talk laud ... On my back ... that's a waste of time because....she said... i didn't buy anything.....and i hear that....she was not friendly at all....and she seems upset.... that's really bad customer service to talk about people its waste of time because she applies some blush on me .... very disappointed....Dior sales assistant was ! Im not sure the lady was maybe the manager ....she just dress different compare to another lady who work there .....

I bought ecco sandals online in march 2026.being used to wearing always ecco and buying a few pairs previously this particular pair did not feel right.a problem that hopefully will be resolved.I got great help and free delivery to send them back for assessment. No problem is too great. Thank you to Arnotts.

Arnotts did a decent job overall, no major complaints. Checkout was quick and I had a few payment options to choose from. The final price ended up higher than expected once fees were added. Might give them another chance down the line.

Very accomodating and website easy to follow

Had booked an appointment today for a bra fit measurement.
I did not get measured, asked what size I was, then was given two bras, which didn't fit right, too tight.
Then got another bra, felt ok but wasn't sure.
So we left the dressing room, thought I was going to another area to be measured ...but no, straight to the till
Was not asked if I wanted to purchase the item, just felt railroaded .
59 euros with no feeling I was cared for, so disappointed, as I had been recommended to visit them, as they are supposed to be there for women, who are unsure about their sizes.

I bought a very expensive coffee machine as a wedding gift to a family member 2.5 years ago. It recently broke and because the warranty was only 2 years, Arnott's refused to help in any way. I was very disappointed that they didn't do anything even though it was only a few months past the warranty.

I was in arnotts today to buy a makeup product and was asking the guy at NARS for a recommendation he told me my under eye is too dark I can’t go for a light colour and that a concealer should be my shade and gave me a shade like 3 times darker it’s shocking never shopping there again

My parcel was initially delivered to the wrong address and staff at Arnott's couldn’t have been more helpful to successfully get it delivered to me.

I have been purchasing from Arnotts online and in store for many years. I love the store. Their customer service is excellent on the 2-3 occasions I needed to use it. They are highly responsive and great to deal with.

Treated myself to a new Smeg kettle online, was looking forward to it arriving. It arrived in a dirty box and the kettle had been used! What appeared to be limescale stains inside, the sliver on the decor was smudged with fingerprints and wasnt in the original plastic packaging.

Apart from it being a hugely disappointing quality from Arnotts (I've been a customer for years) it also poses a safety risk- we didnt plug it in because who knows why it was returned!
