Ordered a set of car mats
Ordered a set of car mats. Ordered wrong car model. Tried to change order, no way of contact apart from email. Or web chat, took 2 days to get a reply. Informed the order had been dispatched. Tried returning the item. They use a suppler for certain items. None returns policy. Arnold Clark auto parts, advertise a returns policy. False advertising. Poor customer service.

We're sorry to hear this. Regrettably, our mats supplier only accept returns if the mats are sent incorrectly or are defected. If the mats were ordered wrong or are NLR, they will not accept them back, this is listed on the car mats section before you shop for them. We're saddened we couldn't help you further on this occasion.

I received an email telling me my order…
I received an email telling me my order was on the way and I could track it, but no tracking number. Delivery said 2-4 days, after 4 days I sent email asking which day I could expect delivery. Reply was that battery was out of stock, order cancelled, I'll get refund. So I ordered battery from another company. Then receive email from FedEx that battery from you would arrive next day, so I requested cancellation of my second order. Fortunately after 3 more days second order was cancelled and money refunded, but for 3 days I was worried that I would be out of pocket for a second battery that I didn't want.

Ordered a catalytic converter for our Aygo and it was delivered two days later. It’s an older car so it was hit or miss if it was worth it but works well. Hope we get a couple more years out of the old girl now.
