The worst ever

The worst ever. I will never put another dime into this app. A class action suit need to be filed against Apple immediately. I deposited $200 to Apple Pay from DoorDash because I needed my funds in my regular bank account. Apple accepted the deposit but when I went to transfer to my bank account it failed. I called Apple and asked what is going on with this account, she stated your account was locked earlier this morning. I replied, I think you are mistaken because I just deposited $200 and it was accepted. So, the account was NOT locked. I asked for a supervisor who stated that the account was locked I again told the Supervisor as well this account was Not locked because it was only 4-5 minutes between me transferring it from my DoorDash card and me calling because I couldn’t transfer to my account. Yet, it’s under review for a deposit. Never again. I will start the process of a class action suit because this is too many people with critical issues and I have to be at a wedding 28 hrs away. That was my gas money to get to my sister’s wedding. Definitely going to start a class action lawsuit.

Disable Apple Pay, or you'll regret it.

I was able to prove that I couldn't ever use the service I was requesting a refund on, and also that this service wasn't as advertise - the app company even agreed I should get a refund - but stated "good luck with getting it back from Apple". Apple pay hides payments, and makes it next to impossible to get a refund. Your best defense is to disabled it.

Apple Pay /Grinder

I bought boost for 1 hour on grinder paid 7.99 it took cash and nothing happened I waited then logged out bought boost again. Still nothing happened I complaint to grinder/Apple Pay I was told I was not entitled to a refund so basically I gave them my money for nothing this is a rip of scam they say you can boost when u pay nothing happens I’m disgusted at apple nothing from them
They just steal Money avoid like the plague if u don’t want to be ripped off I’d score less than 1 star if I could

absolutely horrible

absolutely horrible. I just have to figure out how to never have to use this "service" on my phone. I've had my iPhone about a year and was tricked into using Apple Pay because it seemed convenient. But every time every single time there's a problem they have this ridiculous report a problem system that always in consistently refuses to refund one penny. For instance when I was purchasing my takeout Chinese food the other day Apple Pay mistakenly purchased an audible book instead. I immediately submitted the report a problem form and they waited the requisite 24 hours to tell me that they were denying my request the appeal process I've actually had the customer service people tell me is a total scam. There's no one actually reviewing the appeals. They just wait the requisite 20 to 24 hours and then confirm that they are never ever going to refund your money even with an obvious simple mistake that was submitted immediately. I could go on and on with similar examples but I think you get the picture. I had had the false assumption that Apple Pay was convenience secure and had great customer service but instead it's a total scam. Really horrible and the worst part is feeling like they knowingly trick you with pretending that they're doing a review process every single time which always says no

I couldn't even sign up

I couldn't even sign up. When trying to verify my details it would not accept them, So I followed the instructions and called the help center and they directed me on how to do it only to have it fail verification again and then a third time so now its permanently locked out. They couldn't even explain why and they can't even unlock it for me to try at a later date.

Apple Pay & Greenbank Allow Scammers to Thrive – No Customer Protection!

I’ve never received a refund from Apple in the last two years, and this latest experience just confirms how little they care about their customers. I used Apple Pay and Greenbank to make a purchase, but the seller turned out to be a scammer who never delivered the merchandise. When I reached out for help, both Apple Pay and Greenbank refused to return my money, essentially siding with the scammer.

Despite providing all the necessary details, they ignored my dispute and left me to take the loss. It’s clear that neither company stands behind their users when fraud happens. I trusted them to provide a secure payment system, but instead, they’ve shown they don’t care about protecting their customers. If you get scammed, don’t expect any help from them!

Apple Cash: Restricted

I’m extremely frustrated with Apple Cash and their decision to permanently restrict my account. After using the service for a while, I received no clear explanation as to why this happened. Despite trying to reach out for assistance, I was met with generic responses and no resolution. It feels like there’s no transparency, and my money is now tied up with no way to access it. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and I’m incredibly disappointed with Apple’s handling of this situation. If you’re considering using Apple Cash, be warned—this could happen to you too.

Permanently restricted my account

My bank, card, credit card, and Apple Pay was hacked January 16th & 17th. I filed disputed to get everything fixed. Everything seemed to get fixed untill today Feb 4th. I received an email saying my account was restricted. I called them, they seemed rude . I tried to explain but they kept cutting me off saying since I filed a dispute it’s in the terms and conditions that they restrict my account. I offered many solutions and explained that I had to dispute it. What was I supposed to do ? Just lose out on all my money because I was hacked. The only thing they could say is “ policy, that’s unlawful. It feels as if I’m being punished for begging hacked, as if that wasn’t bad enough. I filed a complaint with cfpb

Called them to help me with a refund they kept putting me on hold, then after waiting after awhile, they hung up on me.

Use Shopify or PayPal online not this

Don’t use this app for online transactions!!! You can’t get itemized receipts and the merchant doesn’t know who you are. It makes returns extremely difficult, especially if the merchant doesn’t enclose a receipt (which is common nowadays). Use PayPal or Shopify if you don’t want to just use your credit card directly.

Tryed calling them all I got was attitude from the start you want respect show respect back there’s is no way I would let someone talk to me the way the customer service talked to me not cool and still locked out of my account no help either

I will NEVER use Apple Cash again

I will NEVER use Apple Cash again. I have trying to dispute a charge since 11/1/24, and I have YET to reach anyone competent enough to help with this. Don’t waste your time or breath asking for a supervisor; I’ve dealt with nothing but representatives that haven’t a clue what they are doing or they have a bad attitude. Apple, please adopt a more vigorous hiring process and make sure your employees are trained on how to better deal with customers.

I’d rate them zero if I could

I’d rate them zero if I could. Worst company support ever, especially when dealing with funds. Nobody can help ever. Nobody can get you to someone that can help. I’ve had $700 on a locked account for over a week and nobody can tell me why it’s locked in the first place when it was money I transferred from my own bank accounts. Nobody has authority to unlock it and keep just telling you it’s being reviewed. Wish I never put money in Apple Cash.

Don't use apple pay ,merchants can scam you and apple pay tells you it's your fault!! Somebody used my debit card on apple pay after buying my dinner .. charged $1000 from my debit card!! Cause I didn't notice some charges cause was out of service for a while now apple pay won't do anything about it cause it was a 60 day deadline. My bank won't either ... this is such a scam they know it happened and can see who did it but won't give me any information about it !!! APPLE PAY SUCKS
