Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd Bewertungen

Excellent experience start to finish. Good quality installation and the team were punctual and professional. Would definitely recommend. In fact my daughter has just had hers done too!

It was quick, clean and to my expectations.

The loft ladder was put in well and works beautifully. Any problems in the lead up to the installation were sorted promptly and efficiently.

Work done quick and efficiently. Left clean and tidy

Great service from start to finish. Antony took the time to explain the best options to maximise space. I was time limited and they were able to fit on the day I chose. Jamie and Josh arrived in good time, were professional, polite and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.

I contacted amazing lofts after seeing an add on Facebook, I was initially impressed with the professional survey carried out. Richard and Mason arrived as promised and were a pleasure to be around. Everything was explained to me from start to finish and I was left feeling like the job had been done by friends.

From start to finish this company has been faultless. Total professionals, highly recommended. Extremely pleased with the finished result. My attic now looks amazing!

Top job from some very professional guys, team of three installed the loft boards and built a new hatch and installed a ladder. Showed me how the hatch mechanism and ladder works, cleaned up nicely afterwards having put dust sheets down throughout the area and stairs. Very happy with the whole service, from Tony visiting to quote through to completion.

Excellent service, turned up on time, clean and tidy work and an excellent bit of storage that I am now putting to use

very good service.

We are very pleased with our loft boarding, Dylan and Harvey-Lewis did a fantastic job. They covered our stairs and landing with protective sheets and cleared up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Amazing Lofts for their work and excellent customer service.

Great service, quick and efficient work from friendly staff Dylan and Harvey Lewis

We had top up insulation, shelving, and a new hatch fitted. Initially there were a few glitches but I’d maintain that you can tell great deal about a company in the response to such things.

That response has been exemplary. The two rectification visits have been proactive and everything about the job is now exactly as it should be.

Buy with confidence!

Good and quick works. They made about 20sqm loft flooring for me. Only a bit more than half day used. Neat and tidy. Staff are polite.

They arrived super early. Were very respectful, tidied up after themselves and did a wonderful job

From start to finish they were great, very professional and I'm so happy with the work

Tony the man who came to survey the loft was really nice and helpful, explained that the ladder options would not work for our loft and discussed both full and half boarding options. We decided to go with half boarding. He was much nicer than the person we spoke to from another company so we decided to go with Amazing Lofts since their price was good and all the guaranteed etc seemed great.

Really happy with the job that Dylan and Harvey did for us this morning, I got a text from him early this morning saying that he would arrive around 8:10am, which he did with his colleague. They laid down protection for my stairs and just got on with the work which was completed by around 11am. They have done a great job and very nice lads who cleaned up after themselves too. Lady on the phone was also nice and so we are very happy with the service and price. No criticisms whatsoever, highly recommend from start to finish. Bravo!

So refreshing that there's still some honest companies left to deal with. After a total exploiting & attempt on carrying out unneeded work from a first company who certainly weren't amazing like these are.
Great advice & service from Antony would highly recommend.

The boys that came to do our loft Michael and Lewis were really good
The work they did was quick and clean
Very friendly would recommend

We had a very positive overall experience with Amazing Lofts. Although there were a few issues with the initial installation, the after-sales support was excellent and the company took responsibility for putting everything right.

A special thank you to Ceri, who carried out a thorough inspection of the work and identified all the faults, and to Matthew, who managed the remedial work. Matthew was always helpful, responsive and committed to ensuring that everything was resolved properly.

The way a company responds when problems arise says a great deal about its customer service, and Amazing Lofts handled our concerns professionally. We are very pleased with the final result and would happily recommend them.
