They waited for my situation. Done the job professionally

Pre meeting to look at the installation method and whether it was feasible, was excellent.
Very professional meeting which gave us a good feeling.
Installation sate was agreed with both parties.
Installation was also excellent and the technician was competent and did a first rate job.

Arrived on time, polite and quick workers. We love the amount of extra space it has given us. The guys explained how the ladders worked and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company.

The lovely team were on time and friendly. Our loft has a slop which meant finding space harder. Rich, our fitter was a great problem solver to make sure any problem areas were dealt things with skill. We now have maximum space and it looks brilliant. The wooden ladders suits the property well, is high quality and safe. It was left tidy and I have felt Rich went above and beyond to give us our new space and we appreciate it!

Had a brilliant experience with these guys
They were fantastic from start to finish
Highly recommend them 👍👍

The communication from start to finish was very good.
We both thought the price given on the day of the survey was competitive with other suppliers and the quality of the fit was of a high standard.
We would highly recommend using Amazing Lofts.

Very professional job done by Dylan and His colleague (Harvey?). Loft looks great and they created a lot of storage room in what is quite a tricky loft. Thanks guys

The guys were friendly, efficient and quick.

Stuart and Callum were fantastic. Very polite and easy to talk to. Fully covered and protected stair carpet and landing. Stuart explained fully exactly what they would be doing. Loft was insulated, floor boarded and loft ladder installed. Very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing work! By amazing lofts

Kept up to date on order was very happy with the work that was carried out. Everyone was very helpful and polite would certainly recommend.

I initially had a surveyor from Amazing Lofts visit my property to carry out all the necessary checks and measurements and provide a quotation. During the visit, I was given a fairly lengthy explanation of the different options available for my loft, including topping up the insulation, boarding the loft, and installing a new loft hatch with a ladder.

I opted for the quotation that included a custom-made timber hatch door and timber ladder, and I paid the deposit accordingly.

However, on the day of the installation, the fitters arrived and, to my horror, informed me that it was impossible to install a timber ladder with a timber hatch door, as this would affect the structure of my roof. The only alternative they offered was to replace them with a uPVC hatch door and an aluminium ladder instead.

I was extremely disappointed with this outcome, as this limitation had never been explained to me during the quotation process. The surveyor admitted that he had overlooked this issue despite the emphasis on its professional qualifications and extensive experience.

By this point, I felt I had no choice but to proceed, as the fitters had already started some of the work. Had I been made aware of this limitation beforehand, I would probably have continued shopping around to see whether another company could offer a suitable solution that met my preferences for the loft installation.

I was also concerned to discover that the fitters had not been given clear instructions on exactly where the additional insulation was supposed to be installed, which gave me the impression that no proper work plan had been provided to them.

Furthermore, the finishing around the loft hatch was unsightly and will require repainting. This was another issue that had never been discussed with me during the quotation process.

By the end of the day, I was so exhausted and frustrated by the entire experience that I did not have the energy to pursue my complaints further. I simply signed the completion form after the fitters had finished the work.

I am absolutely gutted by this experience. What should have been a straightforward home improvement project has turned into a very disappointing experience, leaving me feeling let down by the lack of proper planning, communication and professionalism. I expected much better from a company that promotes its expertise and experience.

Amazing Lofts are ... truly amazing.

From the initial survey through to final completion, the whole process has been conducted professionally and to a very high standard.

The surveyor was knowledgeable and provided good advice. The installers were careful, considerate, efficient and they cleared up for themselves.

The end result is an amazing loft which gives us space to store things, walk around safely and it is to the insulation standards for our property.

I have no hesitation in recommending Amazing Lofts to anyone looking to insulate and board their lofts the proper way.

Excellent job from start to finish thank you for you great work from the whole team.

Antony who came to carry out the assessment told us what we could achieve with the loft space. He was very informative and knowledgeable which made it easy for us to choose Amazing Lofts.
The guys who came to carry out the work - Jamie, Chris and Mike cracked on with the job in hand, swiftly and efficiently. They left no mess as they cleaned up after the job was completed.
