Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd Bewertungen

from the original salesman Gary to the workmen that came and completed the job. All were efficient, courteous and a great quality job well done. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you guys!

Really professional company, explained all options and delivered a brilliant result, better than I thought it would be.

Both Lads turned up on time ( Dylan and Mitchell) and straight away put floor coverings down to protect hall stairs and landing carpets . Job done as hoped and very happy with end result. Thank you to Amazing Lofts.

Excellent job, the best in the country.

Came up cheaper then rivals and had much better reviews.

Fitters were highly experienced trades people who did the job quickly and went the extra mile on a few things.

From the initial survey through to completion today, I have been impressed with the professionalism and standard of care they took whilst in my house. Perfect job completed by Rich today and he vacumned my landing and stairs afterwards. Thank you.

Amazing service from start to finish. Gary coming out, measuring up and providing a quote with no hard sell. Luke and Liam doing the installation on the day, 2 very respectful individuals to Karen in the office. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Brilliant service and company

Great service from start to finish, good communication, standard of work excellent

Solved a few problems and supplied a new ladder at no extra costs. Cannot fault.

The service received from Amazing Lofts was really good.

This company has a partnership with Costco which is where I paid for the main bulk of the work.

The experience with Costco was trying as they did not appear to be well versed on third party selling, so it took two attempts to purchase the equipment.

Amazing Lofts were good throughout the process, however, they need to have a discussion with Costco as to knowledge of the product and service. As I wanted Amazing Lofts to do the work, I preserved because of the reviews I had read that the company were good at what they do.

The work was completed to a high standard and the workmen were respectful of my property. They cleaned up after themselves (a contributing factor in hiring them in the first place) and took off their work boots not walking on my carpets.

Amazing Lofts, don't let Costco spoil your reputation. Have the conversation with them to ensure their staff are knowledgeable about your product! Other customers may give up if they are dealing with customer service representatives from Costco who are unsure about your services.

Amazing Lofts offer a lifetime guarantee on the work, do book them.

Really happy with the work Amazing Lofts did on my loft. They arrived on time and kept me in the loop about what time they would be arriving.

The job was completed within a day and they left the house nice and tidy afterwards. The quality of the work was good and I thought the price was reasonable for the size of the loft.

I did have a small snag afterwards, but I contacted them and it was quickly sorted out, so I can’t really fault them.

Overall, I’m really pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Amazing Lofts.

Excellent service, uneventful installation process (which is great!). The quote was competitive, and the installation happened without hitch. Only minor gripe was that the guy who did the initial quote thought it would be possible to expand the opening to the loft slightly, when in reality that was not possible. In the end, not a big deal at all.

Brilliant from start to finish. Professional, efficient, accomodating and to a high standard. Highly recommend

I am so pleased with my revamped loft. From a very unpleasant space it is now a pleasing area which is easily accessed. I am particularly pleased with the design and craftsmanship. One young man completed boarding the loft ,constructing shelving. putting down insulation, fitting a new ladder and cutting out a bigger entrance all in one day. He took away all rubbish and tided up. I am so happy with everything .I now have a very usable loft with the cost being much more affordable than I imagined. Amazing Lofts lives up to its hype and I can definitely recommend

Straight forward site visit with options well explained and helpful advice.
Timing easy and on time. A day to fit quite a large area and cleanly completed. One or two little irritations, but how long does it take to add a couple of screws to loose boards? The loft hatch enlargement was good but not perfect: again, how long does it take to place some decorators caulk and paint it? Not long and not worth a call back. Overall 98 out of 100. So, five stars.

Josh & Sam were absolute professionals. They protected all flooring & got on with the job at once, hoovering up properly afterwards. They took photos of the work to show me, & gave me a lesson in using the pull down ladder. They were both polite & respectful & gave one confidence that their work would indeed be of the highest standard. Thank you Amazing Lofts

Amazing service, great quality and greater flexibility.

Everything was top-notch! We got our 25m² new-build loft fully boarded out with a timber ladder fitted, and the crew completed the whole job in just a single day. Brilliant service from start to finish—would highly recommend. Elliot was brilliant from the initial survey right through to the job being wrapped up.

Great team, great work. There was a little issue but swiftly resolved by the amazing loft.
Mitchell & Dan, you are amazing.

Chose this company because they are local to me and had great reviews.
Elliot, first contact as surveyor, was imfirmative, polite, helpful and warm and friendly.
The ladies who made the phone calls were also friendly and charming.
Rich and Mason completed the work. They were respectful, friendly and explained everything as they went along. Everything is as I was led to expect and the boys cleaned up well after themselves.
It is also nice to know this company appears to treat its staff well. I think that is reflected in their attitude to work.
Overall, I would definately recommend this company.

The guys were efficient, courteous, and did the job well.
