Rip off return policy of £4.30. I'd rather pay postage at a lesser rate.
Sizes are not like other online retailers who offer free returns. Should have known it was dodgy and not bothered ordering. I'll stick to bohoo

A little unfair in our opinion when we are upfront about these costs on every returns page and communication received by us when your return is approved.
The returns rate is actually £4.60 and thats what we get charged by Collect+. It's just a convenient service for customers where bulkier items can be expensive to send back.
You have a choice to use that service or return at your own cost. We display our address on the same returns approval email.
As for the sizing we are sorry that the fit was not right for you. We have 100's of returning customers where they love the fit.
Just FYI that Boohoo will start charging for returns at the cost of £1.99. I suspect even more will start to follow. It's impossible for us and getting even harder for these other companies to absorb these costs.

In terms of delivery time and simplicity of ordering was good however the sizing is way off, I ordered XL t shirts that were a medium/large at best

All of our products are a slim cut as demonstrated on the images. Whilst we appreciate they are not right for you, they are right for 1000's of others. It just largely depends on what they're being compared to.
You do have the option to return the goods if you wish to do so.

My partner ordered a full tracksuit including a t-shirt. Delivery was advised as 48 hours but took longer, but we let that go as still arrived in good time. When we received the parcel we were happy, the joggers were marked but nothing a wash couldn't hopefully resolve. The sizing was well off so we proceeded to do a return (we had to post back and that postage was being deducted from the refund..) Once returned the company said there were dog hairs (we are dog owners I accept fault for that - there were 2 hairs..) And the clothing was defected, they said maybe our dog stepped on the joggers (not the case as we don't leave clothes on the floor!) The mark on the joggers as said above was not us, they refused to take ownership for the error and accused me of a poor argument. The company kindly offered to send the dirty joggers back and charge us postage for an error that wasn't our fault.. All we wanted was the refund owed so we could order another size. Do not recommend due to poor customer services!

I am sorry that you feel this way about our service.
Not once was a dirty mark mentioned in your first email, nor on our returns portal. The only issue mentioned was that the size was incorrect.
It was a shock when we received the garment in the state that it was in. The fact there was also dog hair on the garment lead us to the assumption you mentioned above. As nice as dogs can be, many wouldn't want to receive a garment from us knowing that we have rollered dog hair off it. That would not be fair to anyone.

Good quality but size is misleading
products are very good quality however i ordered large and bottoms are very short. They dont allow you to exchange the products either so im stuck with the bottoms that dont fit. shame. they would have had 5 stars if they offered an exchange

Thanks for the feedback but we think that you have read our email sent to you incorrectly.
You can return these and we will happily give a credit note for you to exchange for another item. All we said is that there is barely going to be much difference in the length of the bottoms between L & XL.
