Purchased 2x t shirts for a total of £19.95. I sent them back as didn't fit. I got a total refund of £11.80. How the hell does that make sense? Defo won't be buying from again and would recommend no one else does either. There's nothing to explain it's a Rip off

We have repeatedly given multiple explanations via email and through the PayPal resolution to which PayPal agreed with us.
The original postage charge is non refundable therefore gets deducted from your refund.
Also, the cost of using our returns service was also deducted from the refund which is stated throughout the process.
I am sorry this doesn't make any sense to you but we're out of options explaining this any further.

All of our garments are slim fit and for 100's of others they are also a perfect fit. It just depends on what it's being compared to. Apologies this is not right for you.
As for quality we are sorry this did not live up to expectations. Quality is always something we strive to get right on every product.
As for approving returns this is just a process that we operate to eliminate any issues before the return arrives with us and also the process we have to follow, to issue a returns label if you so wish to use our returns method.

T shirts are so small and trying to send them back was poor to take 4.60 off my return it was almost pointless sending them back. Won’t be back.

Bad Sizing.
Don't be put off if this pops up on your Facebook feed as an ad, they are great clothes.
The sizing is shot though. I always find XL fits me universally for clothes, but here the XL is more like an M. They are just so tight, I can hardly get them on, which is a shame as they look great.
So definitely order a size up if you are thinking of purchasing.
They do need to invest in 2XL sizing.
