Paid extra, no getting that money back:
Paid extra for delivery when on their website did say 15£, no only they’re not refunding the extra money, they won’t even respond any query any longer.
Not clear about the custom fees to pay either to send the goods to another country.

The price paid for postage at checkout was the correct price at the time of ordering. We admit there was one informational page on the website which had forgotten to be changed but all other prices were correct.
There are nearly always duties and taxes involved when shipping to another country, these are dictated by each individual country.
We are sorry that you were not happy with our answer, however, if the same questions and answers are just going to go around in circles then we have to put a stop to it at some point.

Appalling quality and service
I ordered tracksuits from Akai and they were really bad quality the seams were splitting whilst wearing them for the first time and even ordered a bigger size. I reached out to them and they said we will give you £10 voucher this was patronising and disrespectful so I’d stay clear. I am staying way clear…! The problem was it was not resolved though I explained the circumstances that it had not been opened yet you ignored that fact.

Sizing is too small, refunds a bit dodgy
Bought a few of these tee-shirts as I liked the design, from the sizing guide i'd need XL sizes. However on receiving and trying on, while labelled XL I would say they were only M size. I wear tight/fitted tee-shirts on occasion but these were ridiculous. Return process was easy however despite paying for Royal Mail postage they have still taken a 'return postage fee' from my refund amount.

The original postal charge was deducted from your return. You used your own postage method so we didn't deduct any fee for using our label.
As for the sizing, this largely depends on what it is being compared to. We have sold 1000's of tees where people love the fit but realise it may not be right for everyone. Thanks nonetheless for giving us a try.
