They ship empty boxes. Have you ever received an item and the box was empty. Me neither until I bought an airsoft gun from Airsoft Megastore. When I called them they refused to take responsibility. My son and I bought three guns from air soft Megastore. When the package arrived we opened it and found all three boxes for the guns. Two of the boxes were unopened and still wrapped in cellophane and contained their gun but the third box was opened and empty, the gun was missing as well as a couple accessories for the gun. They would do nothing about it. They even suggested that the loss of the product was some how my fault. I receive an empty box in the mail and it's my fault...right??? i had a decent experience with airsoft mega store a couple years ago. recently i decided to try them again with a much larger purchase. i called up their service reps and spoke to a very good rep who knew what she was talkin about, and ordered up 3 airsoft guns for my nephews. they shipped the order same day and it got to me in 2 days since i'm in AZ and their in CA, but still, thats pretty fast. this store is legit, and their customer service is helpful too. buy your airsoft here.

There are only a fwe good airsoft retailers out there and megastore is definitely one of them. I would choose them over any other airsoft store simply cause of their excellent service and prices. As a parent, I was a little skeptical about letting my sons play "airsoft wars" but airsoft megastore's support team has always been quick to help me find the appropriate guns. We'll continue shopping here as they are the only online airsoft store with such a good reputation and friendly service.

Airsoft Megastore has failed to complete my order and refuse to pony-up to their mistake. They shipped the incorrect product to me, and want me to pay shipping to send it back. The merchandise I paid for is was not delivered. Did they ship it? Did they sell it to someone else? These are bad business practices.

I read a review of a similar situation that did not work out for the customer. This may go to Small Claims Court.

It took 58 hours for Customer Service Representative to respond to this situation.

I've been purchasing guns and gear from air-soft megastore for more than 2 years, and they're just getting better and better. They are responsive to my inquiries (usually gun questions) and ship FAST.

And the pricing is unbelievable, I know now why they have that 125% low price guarantee, it's because they really DO have the lowestprices on most of their stuff.

As a avid gun collector and air-soft enthusiast, I highly recommend this store to ANYONE looking to buy air-soft online, there's no better store on the web than these guys.

I bought a package deal with 6 airsoft guns. 2 of the guns arrived damaged and/or missing parts. I emailed them and they wanted me to pay for the shipping to return the 2 guns. I did just to speed up the process, so I thought. It has been almost 2 months and I still don't have the 2 new guns. I have called and sent emails, but no guns!!! I will NEVER EVER buy from them again!!! They have my money and my guns!!!!!
