Don't trust the product reviews
A while back I ordered a Golden Eagle stubby stock that was supposedly "Tokyo Marui compatible". When it arrived, I realized it was only compatible for Golden Eagle receivers. I was furious, and when I tried to return it, no answer to email or phone. I shrugged it off because it was only $15. It was a learning experience, so I wanted to share my newfound knowledge with a review. AMS REMOVED my review informing people of the false information. I decided to test something by creating another account on another IP address and left another review stating the compatibility issues. Same thing. AMS deleted the review. I asked around and found out that Golden Eagle is AMS's exclusive brand. Most if not all reviews for Golden Eagle products on their site are nothing but positive because they remove negative feedback. Don't order from this site. Go to evike or airsoft GI. They're much better, cheaper, more reliable, and they have much better customer service.
Gun broke no response from company
We bought a sniper rifle for my son from airsoftmegastore.com. It broke after roughly 100 shots. We tried calling their phone number several times and no one ever answered. Wrote to their tech support 12 days ago and have not received any response. Wrote to their customer service manager email and received an automated response that they would work on our request. 6 days have gone by without hearing from them. The website says they respond in 1-2 days. Not true...
Do not buy from this company
I also purchased a gun and 2 batteries for Christmas. The battery they said online that fit the gun did not. Started calling before Christmas to ask for a RMA # and they would not answer their phone. Then the gun, which was a gift, does not function. Have been trying since Christmas (4 weeks) to get an RMA # and no response. They have quit answering their phone and do not reply to the numerous emails I have sent. We have gotten them just this week to answer the phone by calling from different numbers and they say they area sending a RMA# and nothing. I am not going to dispute the change on my card. If that doesn't work I am taking them to small claims court. Will also report to the BBB. Everyone please do this.

Got the gun around new years, fired a few times then stopped, only making a clicking noise, knowing either the battery or the gearbox was fried I decided to email, I got an email right before they closed asking what I would like to do as they told me they were under warrenty, asked if I could return and if not id take money back. It's been a whole week and Ive been resending emails and still no response, tried other email accounts and STILL nothing, they're phone service? Don't even bother because the only thing you're gonna get is 2 hours of ringing then some blank static, the sound of someone on the other line then they disconnect you, ive been trying to call and email for a week and havent gotten a single reply.
Terrible, avoid
I purchased a black friday mystery box. It took 2 weeks and opening a case through paypal to get tracking information. It was obvious airsoft megastore did not ship the item until I opened the case.
The box finally arrived more than 3 weeks after i ordered it and the gun I received did not mach the possible guns listed on the website, it was less than half the cost of the guaranteed value. I emailed immediately and tried calling the number on their site (no answer ever and mail box was full).
I finally called the parent company and was able to speak with someone. This is a good three plus weeks after I started emailing and calling mind you. I was told it was a mistake, that the warehouse sent the wrong gun. This may be true but I am suspicious.
I was told to send the gun back (they payed for return shipping in full). I was told as soon as I sent proof it was shipped they would send the correct gun. I dropped the gun off at UPS the following day and sent the tracking number that afternoon. I never heard a word from airsoft megastore. I waited a few days for any indication they had shipped. I had enough so I went back to paypal and ask that my original money be returned. I did the steps requested by paypal and got my money back about 6 weeks after the original purchase.
This is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. There appears to be no concern for customers. In 6 weeks of trying I only was able to make contact once, and that was by calling their parent company.
Avoid at all costs.

If I could give a ZERO star believe me I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. customer service sucks. My gun lagged in the trigger and they said i had to pay 25% for a faulty gun. Which is bull. I only shot it once. Not to mention I was told yesterday they would call me today, did I get a call today you may ask? F no. Screw this company and everyone stay away. Seriously.
Acceptable customer service
They sent me BBs which performed terribly, but I exchanged words with a customer service agent who got me replacements for no cost. Bad product (may or may not be the business's fault), but good customer support in my experience.

DON'T BUY HERE - Product broke first day - NO Service - No Refund
DON'T BUY HERE. The gun arrived pretty soon. It broke on its first use. We contacted them for the required return information, and sent the gun in for repair. We were given another order number, and have heard nothing for MONTHS. I've tried e-mail, and gotten no reply. I tried calling, and they don't even answer the phone. We have now contacted our credit company to dispute the original charge, and it appears we'll actually get our $140 back. I've never seen ratings so low on any business and want to make sure as few people are hurt by this business's BAD behavior. My son has learned an important lesson - don't buy anything significant from web sites you don't know. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Customer Server Slow Expensive Shipping

Non-existant customer service if you have a problem
Placed and order for two items. Received one with invoice that said both items were in the box. Just the size of the box alone showed there was no way both items were in the box. Tried to call both numbers (one for problems with orders and regular store number). One would never go through and the other never answered or got message that mail box was full (tried for a week). Emailed 3 times and even left a message through their Facebook page. No response. I have now contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment on the item I did not receive.
Going downhill fast
Ordered from them for some Black Friday deals. Placed order, and several hours later it was cancelled. I called to ask why and I got no answer, just excuses as to why it might have happened. Also in the past few months I've had orders shipped to the wrong address, and was contacted by the person receiving my order, not the Megastore. When I contacted the Megastore, they were completely oblivious to the issue, and offered no solution other than having me ask the receiver to mail me my order.
Shipping to Canada
a couple years ago I ordered a lot from here but now I will order nothing. my last order shipping cost me $35 on a $250 order for express shipping. now they want $46 plus their Canadian brokerage fee of $29 on an $50 order for basic.
Horrible, horrible customer service.
I have done business with Airsoftmegastore roughly once or twice each year for five years. I have been mostly satisfied with the products and the pricing, but I don't know if the company sold or what happened, but Customer Service is now nonexistent. If you buy it and they don't ship it, you can't do anything but dispute it with your credit card company, and that is always a lumpy process. Airsoft does not answer their phone and they have ignored my Customer Service emails. They gave me a tracking number that the Postal Service says is nonsense. I could not be more furious with these people for ruining my son's most important birthday presents. I paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. I will NEVER order anything from them again.
Poor Customer Service
I don't want to go full negative on them as my experience was a good one in the beginning then went down hill from there.
I ordered a $300+ rifle for my son 2 months ago for his birthday. We open the package and reviewed all of the parts. Turns out it was missing a part and and after assembling the rifle we were adjusting the rear sight. Well after a few minutes of playing around it started coming apart, springs and all. I was not about to attempt to put it back together myself.
So I contacted them via phone. The lady who answered was very nice and took care of it. They sent a new rear sight assembly no questions asked. And we received it in about a week.
Now for the bad part. That part that was missing was the attachment pin for the battery compartment to the lower receiver. I have emailed dozens of times and get no response. I have called dozens of times. During the day nobody will answer. but if you try after 3pm ET 12pm PT You get a greeting stating that they are experiencing high call volumes and cannot take your call. But they do not place you on hold. No. The line just drops your call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible customer service. Absolutely insulting. I purchased a new airsoft gun (340$) and they mailed me a used POS that literally fell apart out of the box. I then have to pay for the shipping back to their location and they told me i have to pay a restocking fee. Because THEY mailed me a used gun. Company is a JOKE. Its been 2 weeks the rifle has been sitting in their warehouse. I have reached out over 10 times to them and they will not issue my refund or give me a response. Their customer service is horrid. Will be reporting to BBB & California state of Consumer Affairs. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Please save yourself headache. THIS HAS BEEN HORRIBLE.
Absolutely NO way I'll even TRY to use them again!
They had a special CPO deal where you could get pre-owned airsoft guns for a good price. I ordered 3 of them, then the order was declined. I ordered it again - declined once more. Turned out their system had the pricing wrong. With new pricing in place, I placed another order of 3 (which is the max allowed).
According to the CPO sales item I could choose the model of the guns that I wanted, but wouldn't know the make. So I list ALL the guns they have available in order of preference - i.e. I want this, if it's not available, I'll take this. If that's not available I'll take one of these etc. etc.
The order got cancelled with no notification to me. Ok - let's try again. Place the order one more time - again contacting support via email (because each time I tried to call I was on hold until the phone line was disconnected) and providing them with the widest options available (at this point I'm just about to give up).
Lo and behold, I check my order and yup - cancelled with NO notification to me. At least they didn't charge me and not deliver, but they have some SERIOUS customer support and logistics problems. I'm taking my money elsewhere!
Horrible customer service
Basically a waste of time. Put through an order with them and received confirmation email that they received payment and that was the last I heard from them. 7 days now, no email, no package. Tried to reach them via phone but all calls keep being forwarded. Starting to think this was a scam. Will never buy from them again.
