Ordered a new rifle package deal and was pleasantly surprised at the turn around. Staff were helpful and the lady who called me to organise delivery talked me through setting up the gun when it arrived.

All in all a really nice experience. Look forward to shopping here again :)

I don’t usually do reviews but on this occasion I’ll make an exception as the quality and service from these friendly police helpful people warrants it.
I have today picked up a HW100KT I went for the kit at £1100 with the Hawke scope/ mounts gunbag pellets and targets, absolute bargain at this price.
I could use more magnification then the 9x that the Hawke came with so the helpful guy and the lovely girl let me upgrade to a 24x knocking the price of the 9x scope that was coming in the kit off the price.
The guy offered to mount the scope on the gun
Fill the gun with air and zero it on Redbecks own range.
This followed up by a full demonstration on how to fill and load the gun, perfect for anyone new to air guns

Having returned to shooting after 30 years, I really wanted the HW100KT by Weihrauch. A few helpful phone call later and all done. A great package deal and smooth ordering process.

This is an update of the saga with Order number 15610 for an aftermarket magazine for my Daystate AirWolf MCT. Redbeck have spectacularly failed in the customer satisfaction arena. I have given them every chance to rectify an error which is 100% of their own making. They make the point that what I ask is against Company Policy yet have not presented any documentary evidence just what company policy is,

I have asked for them to despatch a replacement magazine to me immediately yet they insist that they must have the old, incorrectly supplied unit, before they will despatch.

I have given them an undertaking that I will send the incorrectly supplied unit back but they similarly must understand that in Wigan, where I live Post Offices are few and far between, the main post office has been closed for around 6 months now. Add to this the facts that I am a pensioner And partially disabled so getting about is a bit of a problem.

The last exchange was a phone call to my mobile, from someone in Redbeck 2 days ago but unfortunately I could not understand the message as it was garbled and unintelligible. Since then nothing.

I did advise via e-mail of this but still nothing, I also advised that I want the information in writing but e-mail will be fine. I also advised I have lost all confidence and trust with Redbeck. If they perform like this over such a small issue, thank goodness I didn’t buy anything of larger capitol value from them.

Excellent service from the store team from getting there, bought a new HW100 full set up that they put together for me even going through the recharging sequence.
Gave me a really fair price on my trade in rifle as well.
This will be my go to supplier from now on for all my shooting needs.

I can't fault the service, magazine ordered arrived in a day and when I rang to hastily add a seal they included it without trouble. 2nd time I've used them and they are also good with advice. Thank you guys.

I sent my sons faulty air rifle back to this company. They found nothing wrong with it, BUT BSA found it faulty and promised a new gun . This company and BSA have had this faulty gun for two months. I have repeatedly been told each week after chasing this company up that it will be sent on.
Now last week I was to,d BSA have no parts to make up a new lightning close se .177 and the new gun will be here this week.
My son is very upset and to be told each week the new gun will be here which has not turned up as promised.
This companies communication is the worst I have come across, stay away from them.
Constant broken promises and excuses and it looks like the only way to deal with them is through legal action.

Ordered 10 packs of qys pellets and paid £9 next day delivery as was shooting the following day(£138) . Didn't turn up for 2 days . No offer of reimbursement for the £9 . Now ordered fx scope mounts (£56)last Friday (22/10/21) and a week later their still not here and that's after phoning them yesterday and them saying they'll be here today. Nope their bloody not . 2 shoots they've ruined for me . Trying wolfman next as heard their great with delivery. (Wolfman qys 10 tins £118 with free delivery) .. (UPDATE .... I PHONED THEM TUESDAY TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY IT WAS SENT SATURDAY. JUST RECEIVED THE FX RINGS NOW 28/10/21 AND ON THE PACKAGE IT SAID IT WAS SENT TUESDAY... THE DAY I PHONED THEM TO ASK WHERE MY ORDER WAS . DID THEY FORGET!!?? ANYWAY DEFINITELY NOT ORDERING FROM THESE AGAIN . IF ON THE OTHER HAND IM REFUNDED MY £9 NEXT DAY DELIVERY ILL AMEND THIS REVIEW. Brought 2 magazines a week ago. To be told after I called them 4 days later that they wasn't actually in stock. Had no call from them saying that. They told me would be a day or 2 until in stock. I waited the 2 days to be told they don't know when they will actually be in stock. This company is an absolute joke. STAY AWAY!

Great service. Ordered a rifle bag, here within 48 hours they even used parcel force... Will wonders ever cease.

Ordered on line Rifle hard case and a Hawke Vantage 3-9x50 mil dot scope. Got a call the same day scope not available but would supply a Hawke Fast Mount 3-9×40 AO for the same price £60. The Case and scope arrived in two days well packed and undamaged.

Brought a Weilhrauch 110k on 19th July 2021not much experience in the air rifle game but hooked already.Did as much homework as I could with my limited knowledge on the 110k then found reviews about power loss within 3 months. Rang manager 3 days after buying with my concerns and was told by him that he knows nothing of this and I can’t have my money back, which I hadn’t ask for but because of my now lack of confidence can I exchange it, with a reply of no once the gun as been registered to you they can’t except it back unless second hand, but get back to you when I can after speaking to head office but his tone said “ no chance “ so suck with a £1000 package, thank you Redbeck for all of your help

Second gun i've bought from redbeck/airirfleshop, having been very happy with my first, and i couldn't be more pleased. despite the supply chain interruptions of the pandemic they were able to warn me upfront of a delay to my delivery, and after discussion was able to change my order up to a regulated gun, which i'd originally wanted but wasn't advertised on the site. if you can't see exactly what you want, definitely give them a call. they also were able to deliver right before i went off for a camping and shooting trip, which is the sort of timing you want, and i think the results speak for themselves - I bagged my first ever squirrel cleanly and humanely. if i ever need anything airgun, i see no reason to go anywhere else. another very happy customer

Shop owner refused entry to shop despite me being except from wearing a mask,.
If the shop owner get's an hard-on over masks, then why was he and his staff milling around without any face coverings themselves?
I politely said that they won't be getting my business but the shop owner just took the mickey as soon as I turned my back and left.

Maybe the owner should understand the laws underlining discrimination before refusing people entry, exempt means exempt!
And if you're going to take a line, practice what you preach!!

Also they're not cheap despite what they say on their website!
I went down with a view of price matching a gun that was cheaper elsewhere.

Nice Redbeck Shooting Supplies, but you won't be getting any of my money EVER!!

I'm a complete novice with air rifles and decided to go with Redbeck Shooting as they offer complete packages online and I thought this would make my first purchase much easier. In the end, it turns out that the site sold with the rifle (BSA Lightning) is completely inappropriate. It is far too long cannot be set properly as to do so would interfere with loading the rifle. I suspected this, had it backed up by more experienced shooters at a range and then at a local BSA dealership. I have had to buy another site. As a novice, I should have gone direct to a shop and asked for advice but with the pandemic and life being short I assumed buying a package would be an easy alternative. Instead, it has been a time-consuming and expensive mistake. Avoid this shop unless you know exactly what you are buying.

Ive purchased 3 guns from Redbeck. Excellent service. Anthony and team are very helpful with great knowledge. I purchased my latest gun and had the pleasure of dealing with Alex. Highly recommended.

This is now the third time I placed an order online the order was confirmed and money taken, only the items were not in stock and they just call to say sorry. Be aware if it says its in stock and you pay for it, you may get a call telling you its actually not in stock. Refund now being processed and will go elsewhere from now on.

Ordered some pellets during lockdown. Well packaged up. delivery was within a few days. Used them before as well and always a pleasure to deal with
