Went to purchase a PCP air rifle, scope, hard case, air tank and other bits (+£1600) was told not in stock even though it was clearly listed on the web site , so that was my first disappointment. Was told 22 was better than 177 that I had gone to get and they had a bunch of second hand 22s which were the same. They were clearly not and I didn't want another 22. It was like he just wanted to push me to buy some second hand stuff he wanted to shift off the shelf rather than what I had asked for. Other reviews state how helpful staff are which was the reason to visit in person but that wasn't my experience at all. I wasn't asked if I wanted to order and have it delivered. It was like it was too much trouble for him to take my money and help me get what I wanted. Girlfriend was also looking to move up to a PCP and a new scope while we were there which again was the reason for us both to visit, she didn't even ask about the Snowpeak. Bad experience for us but it looks like it's very hit and miss and depends on who serves you when you visit. Oh and the not in stock when clearly listed on the web site when other items clearly show out of stock that would be so annoying if you pay a couple of grand on line and then get an email saying we have your money but we don't have the stuff you just paid for.

Took over an hour and a half to pick up my order after being stood around for 30 mins doing nothing. Slow staff, said they “zeroed in” my scope. Far from it. I shot it with the same pellets they used to zero the scope and it is far from zeroed. Not gona trust these guys with my scopes and they’re “zeroing” ability

Update. Bought another scope from in there and they zeroed it in again for me asked to be zeroed at 30 yards. Just shot 30 yards and it’s way off yet again. Not too sure what’s going on but if u can’t zero a gun then I’m sorry but I don’t trust these guys

they are all right wile every thing is fine. as soon as there is a problem they don't like refunds,

What a great place to go to,staff are all very friendly and helpful, they also have some great knowledge, prices are good. I have been there many times in the last year and always enjoyed the service..

I ordered a air rifle from these on-line yesterday.
drove nearly 100miles to collect it.
and what wonderful service I received.
the young chap that was assisting me even explained why my not so old air rifle died due to the pellets another shop recommended. which to me was perfect.

Ordered a Shooting Table at a good price, wasn’t expecting to receive it for a few days but got it in less than 24 Hours!

I've previously used Redbeck's mail order/RFD service, but thought I'd take a trip down the road and visit the store. I'm glad I did! The service was excellent. Connor and Iosif were knowledgeable and helpful and quickly supplied the items that I was after. In addition to the fantastic service, Redbeck's prices are unbelievable. It was cheaper for me to ride 80 miles (each way) than to purchase the items from anywhere else in the UK. To put that into context, I spent £110 and still saved over £20 on their nearest competitor. Keep up the excellent work guys. Thank you for your help today and for demonstrating awesome personal skills.

Placed an order and was promptly charged same day.
Tried to contact via email, phone, website to get a delivery date, as order still showing unfulfilled; phone is never answered by anyone but prompted to leave a message (no one ever calls back), no response to email or website mail.
Emailed again, cancelling order/requesting refund, received email back apologising for delay as busy with orders and yes can cancel order and refund that night.
No refund processed.
This is my personal experience of this company, I will never ever use again. Zero Customer Service as you just can't reach someone in real time, unreliable and untrustworthy in my experience. They will take your money immediately and fulfil when they feel like it at a later stage, maybe when they order the item in. Many of the companies I ordered from when I ordered from Redbeck processed and delivered the items ordered next day even one from a Czech based company.
This was an online transaction, zero confidence in this company. Either small claims court or just wait for the refund to emerge.

I purchased a crossman ratcatcher xl with accessories, it was delivered in perfect condition, on time. Steph was 👍 great everything was handled very professionally and I will definitely shop with redbeck shooting supplies again

I found a good price for a rifle that I wanted and purchased it very simply from their on-line store. Their follow up was quite fast, (though I didn't think too much of their chosen payment system). Kept up to date by e-mail and speedy delivery to a local RFD. Once again had good e-mail communication from an excellent sales agent (Steph). I wish all firms could be this professional and helpful. Within 48 hours of placing the order, I was notified that it was at my local RFD, and I was able to collect later the same day.
I thought that I had a problem with the rifle when setting up and emailed for advice. Once again assistance was speedy and I soon learned that the problem was me, not the goods. I felt foolish, but they were helpful and professional throughout.
The price, delivery and assistance were excellent. First time that I have dealt with them, but would have no hestiation in using them in the future!

Ordered online 8th March 2026 and my orders were delivered until the 17th March 2026 as the orders were not physically in stock as I discovered when contacting them after 4 days to enquire due with no change to initial online order status. It would be wise to telephone first if you require your order in a couple of days otherwise go to another dealer as I thought going by the stated 2-3 working days that I would have had the order by the Friday at the latest, but the order was not dispatched to me until a week later.

Excellent buying experience.. helpful friendy staff, and more importantly, they are knowledgeable. I only went in for a new moderator, came out with a new gun.. Good times 👊🏼

This company is diabolical, they don't know the meaning of customer service. They should call themselves redbeck ripoffs. Never go near them.

this was my first time buying from them , and was very impressed with the shop. i bought a used air rifle from them and had to send it back due to a couple of faults which i was told they dont check for when selling . they fitted new parts which i was very gratefull for, the job was turned around in under a week and was returned by post to me the net working day after they posted it . thankyou all

Just been into redbeck with a problem with my rifle, Alex was brilliant and sorted my jammed pellets straight away. I've bought guns from redbeck shooting suppliers and would highly recommend them.

Bought Multiple Pre Owned Air Rifles from here (10+) and never had any issuess. Always dealt with either Steph or Alex who have ALWAYS been superb. Far better products and service than other shops in West Yorkshire! Added bonus is the ability to use finance or PayPal Credit should you need to. ALWAYS 5 STARS!
