Redbeck Shooting Supplies Bewertungen

Ordered a birthday present for my father. 4 days later it hadn't turned up and I hadn't had a dispatch email. I contacted them and they said they have made an error and not processed it. I explained I needed it for my fathers birthday the following day and could they make amends by sending it out next day delivery and they refused to. Really shocking company and customer service. I certainly won't be using them again.

Great prices, excellent fast delivery and quality products,,what's not to like.

Placed an order for two gunslips, yesterday on the 18/12/2023. Got home today and they were there waiting for me, super fast service, very pleased, would highly recommend.

Cycled 12 miles each way to purchase a Wembley Nemesis for a great price ,Excellent , friendly knowledgeable , I will definitely be back in the future

I called into Redbeck shooting supplies for the first time today and was very impressed by their friendliness and patience.
I hadn't decided on which of the 3 rifles to choose from, we took the first to their excellent range and felt no pressure at all regarding time or to buy.
Ruben answered all my queries readily and gave me lots of confidence in buying a used PCP.
I part exchanged a rifle and got a fair price, we then struck a deal on the purchase and I left a very happy shooter.
On reflection I was thinking how could their business be improved and all I could think of is that the sales counter is only 3 ft wide. I think the shop could do with a full refurbishment with more rifles on racks for you to handle and a nice wide counter where at least 3 people could be served at once.

Bought a gun from here and I was very happy with the service from the staff that helped me, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a firearm.

Called in after the bank holiday to source some advise regarding rats on my allotment.

The shop was very busy, despite this, everyone was promptly served. When it came to my turn, the young lady (sorry I didn't get her name!) Was very helpful and helped guide me to the right scope for my rifle. She kindly offered to 'zero' it for me, and was done in a flash. Nothing seemed too much trouble, will certainly be back.

Excellent communication and first class service! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Shocking service, can be in there 10 mins without even being acknowledged. Spent a fortune in there over the last 15+ years and never had as much as a free tin of pellets. Anth is a money grabber

Excellent customer service! Nothing too much trouble and will always go out of their way to help you out. If you are right with people they are right with you. Keep up the good work chaps!

First class service at all times would highly recommend this company.
Great sales team very helpful at all times.
Special mention of Harrison and all the team.

I bought a impact M3 on the understanding they would give me 900 for a HW110 laminate stock and a R10 SE in px the week later. When I took the guns in they offered much less than agreed without any reason. I let them have the R10 for £300. 2 days later it was on sale for £650. I don't mind companies making a profit but Redbeck are a clear rip off

Great service, made a wrong "click" in the online shop, and even when my order was packed for shipment, they changed anyway, so i got the right supplies.

I bought my first PCP air rifle from Redbeck in Feb 2023 and was very happy until something went wrong with the gun (BRK Ghost .177) a week later. Initially, I returned the gun to be repaired but, when the repair didn't seem to fix the problem, I asked for an exchange. After a quick chat with the manager, an exchange was agreed and a couple of days later my new, replacement gun (FX Impact) arrived by courier, despite 4 feet of snow. My only constructive criticism, as a newbie, is more advice would have been beneficial.

Bought a Gamo Phox .22 with it been my first PCP . Alex made sure I felt happy with the feel of it and explained how it all works . How the prob fitted and pump works . Happy chap everyone I spoke to was really helpful and knew there stuff . Cheers to all. Alex . Steff and the other two lads I didn’t catch their names 👍thank you

I ordered an item from overseas and it was sent registered and with a tracking number the day after. There was some delay in delivery but it was due to a postal strike in the UK. The item worked great with my air gun. Will keep this company in my favourites list.

What a superb experience when I visited Redbeck to pick up my recent purchase. This is the second time I’ve been there and both times the people there have been fantastic and the service second to none.

I can highly recommend Redbeck if you’re after shooting supplies.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A USED BSA PCP.177 AIR RIFLE FROM REDBECK SHOOTING SUPPLES BUT NOTICED A PROBLEM HAD OCCURED AFTER 2 MONTHS USAGE I TOOK IT BACK LAST WEEK WITHIN TH 3 MTHS WARRANTY AND THEY FOUND THE FAULT WAS DUE TO MINUTE NICK IN THE O RINGS ON MY FILLER PROBE WHICH WAS EASILY FIXED AND THEN TESTED THEY ALSO TESTED THE GUAGE ON THE RIFLE AND WERE NOT HAPPY WITH IT AND REPLACED IT FOC WITHOUT ANY QUESTION IN FACT I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT IT.
FROM MY FIRST VISIT I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE RECEPTION HELP AND ADVICE ETC AND ON MY RETURN LAST WEEK FOUN D THE SAME WELCOME AND HELP OFFERED. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND A SPECIAL MENTION TO BOTH ALEX AND RUBEN FOR THEIR HELP BUT ALL THE STAFF ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFULL I LEFT THE STORE VERY IMPRESSED . I LIVE OVER 70 MILES AWAY OVER A 3 HOUR ROUND TRIP TO FIND I HAD LEFT A SMALL DUST CAP ON THE COUNTER BUT A PHONE CALL TO RUBEN AND IT WAS FOUND AND IN THE POST. GOT IT NEXT DAY NOW THAT'S SEVICE FOR YOU.
THANKYOU ALL AT REDBECK I WILL CERTAINLY USE YOU AGAIN AND AND STRONGLY RECOMEND YOU TO OTHERS IN FUTURE Kind regards, Don Fields
,

Speedy delivery and easy to talk to. They made sure I was getting the right scope for the job after a pleasant phone call :)

Exceptional customer service i ever recieved, felt valued, respected and listened to. I first contacted Redbeck through an email on their website due to the finance option not working. I got a prompt reply from Steph who explained why it not working then she attached a link to the email which i can use and complete my purchase. All went fine and i immediately recieved an email stating that my finance application was successful and i can collect my purchase, since i wanted the rifle setup i opted for collection, so i drove 240miles round trip. When i arrived Steph had everything in control set up the rifle scope, zoreod the rifle and did a chronograph test which i was given the results, a gentleman in the shop realised i had driven for hours he offered me a tea, coffee or cold drink whilst Steph is doing her exceptional work this really was amazing as i was very thirsty. The whole team was very helpful they answered all my questions and gave me advise. Rifle set up, air tank filled and i even had help to load my car. This is my first pcp rifle and the care and quality of the service i recieved i felt like i am in Harrods in London, i 100% recommended this shop to everyone. With the life time guarantee on their products and they have new stock as my rifle on the barrels it stated the date of manufacture to be 2022 so this shows they have the current stock. They are passionate about guns and the team knows what they doing, Steph then throw in a tin of world class pellets to top up the amazing customer service. My air tank was connected and the gentleman gave me some lubricant for the o rings to make them last long and dont get damaged. I will definitely be shopping from Redbeck thats for sure, in life no one is perfect but hats off to those who try, Redbeck went above and beyond thats why i had to take my time to write this review. Big up Steph and the Team, keep up the amazing work and dont let haters bring you down, you are at the very top in what you do, your work ethic and customer service is just exceptional so please stay continue. Valuable in the business.
