Superb location, only 5 minutes from the airport. Park up, keep your keys. Shuttle bus frequent enough. Excellent.

Managed to leave my rucksack on the parking mini bus. Didn’t realise till we got home but phoned straight away & it had been found. It took a bit of time to be posted out to me. Arrived safely & in 1 piece. All contents there & undamaged. Really appreciated getting it back thank you so much. Bev

The pick up and drop off was perfect. The driver was very nice nice and polite to me.

I mean it did what it was supposed to but the site itself looked very run down. The obvious lack of maintenance, old portacabins and toilets were very unpleasant. the grounds was full of discarded items and surrounded by litter. The site just needs a good tidy-up!.

Never trust those pigs again, they ripped me off of £30 as soon as i got to the parking... I've made the booking online and obviously they ask you about number plate, make and model in order to charge you for the right vehicle. As soon as i got there they pulled me aside asking for more money as my vehicle was a large vehicle to them ( Mercedes Vito). An Absolute bunch of disgrace people !!!

Hi. I dropped off at Luton Airport on 14/8/26 around 0330. On the same day, my sister and brother in law were discharged from hospital after being admitted for over 5 months. With the relief, I forgot to pay the drop off fee in the allocated time frame and received a PCN ref LU3559633. I did try but was too late.

I appealed to Apcoa Parking Luton explaining the circumstances and waited for a reply. An email was sent to me on 15 Sep stating that my appeal had been rejected. On this same day, 15 Sep, I was in India attending the funeral of my brother who had passed away on 7 Sep. Due to the emotional turmoil, I wasn't able to look at my emails and was only alerted to this problem when I received an email from a company called Debt Recovery Plus 0n Sat 24 Oct. I have tried calling Luton Apcoa Parking today but can't get through to speak to anyone. I then called Debt Recovery Plus and spoke to Tim and explained my circumstances, offering to show proof that my brother had passed away in India and that I was attending his funeral on Sep 15 but he said there is nothing he can do. I requested an email for Debt Recovery Plus and Apcoa Parking Luton's email or contact number but Tim said he understood my circumstances but could not do anything. A bit of compassion and empathy would be appreciated.

Once inside the 'correct' car park, all went well. The staff there were efficient and we were able to take our holiday and just leave the car with them. However, finding the right car park was not easy. Your instructions to find it need to be very much easier to follow - literaly "'n' yards, turn right, keep in left lane" etc.

Excellent and efficient service. Clear directions and no wait on drop off or collection.

I fly regularly from all the London airports , and this parking company is the best by far . They are efficient in the booking, competitively priced, and have quick transfers to and from the airport. I am giving this positive review because of the attitude of the staff, from the drivers, car park attendants to the customer staff , they were all so polite , positive and friendly . Congratulations on running such a great business.

Great arrival experience but exit experience was a not so good. Driver of shuttle bus was rude and gave little instruction of what to do with bags letting customers to sort things out for themselves
