Easy check in, quick and frequent transfers, friendly staff. A great all round airport parking experience.

Really easy and simple. Quick turnaround from parking to being dropped off at the airport, to being picked up and returned to the car park. My flight was delayed on return, and they were understanding of this issue.

Staff were fantastic when we got of at the wrong stop and helped us locate our car .

Convenient location close to airport, second time I've used this car park. Only slight issue this time, shuttle drivers were grumpy & unhelpful with bags.

The post code for the parking given wasn’t correct and took us long stay parking instead where we have parked and only on return to find out that we had to pay again because we were in the wrong parking area, so very frustrating

Proximity to the terminal, frequency of the shuttle bus all good, could be a bit cheaper.

The premium parking option has no real benefit as still have to wait for a bus that is for the main parking and is slightly shorter drop off by about 200 metres

Overall very happy with using this parking just felt the person that was at the gate when we returned could have been a little more engaging. Everything else was all good. Would recommend

Great experience. Friendly staff. 2 min From the airport. All smooth and without stress. Recommended for parking at Luton airport. Location is very close to the airport.

The directions to Airport Parking were slightly confusing as the entrance is off the roundabout straight on, not on the right.
The pick up was prompt and it was a quick ride to the airport.
Coming back we had poor service. We were shown where to put our case with an arm wave. We were not helped with our luggage and I have a back problem. There didn't appear to be any room in the hold as all the luggage had been 'thrown in" in a disorganised way - I was left to move all the cases so that our one case would fit in. No help was offered or given. He just stood and watched.
Once we got back to the carpark and got off the bus, the driver continued to sit and we had to ask him to open the hold for us!! He had parked so close to the edge of the road that my legs got stung by nettles and scratched by brambles in the struggle to get the case out in such a small space.

It wasn’t a good experience on arrival I change vans a week before and when I landed to drop off I had to pay an extra £30 I was not happy If I knew that I would have cancelled the booking .

Go to Airport waiting time is short.
But back to Car park the waiting time is more than 15 minutes.

Solid Experience, Dropped my car of swiftly with no problems. When I came to pick it up rang them just before and it was ready as soon as I turned up. I even mucked them around a bit because I was late and they accommodated.
