Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. My claim has been ongoing now for 16 months and communication is terrible. I’ve been with Admiral car insurance for 6/7 years and will now be renewing my insurance with a different company.
I have been requesting an update for 6 weeks with no communication back, I couldn’t even tell you the name of the person dealing with my claim.

It's been 2 years since my van…
It's been 2 years since my van accident. It was not my fault other car wrote my van off. My claim is still on going and still not resolved avoid using terrible service.

Admiral law will settle your claim with Admiral then won’t pay you
Admiral law settled my claim with admiral. This is an Admiral v Admiral Claim. That has been going on for nearly 5 years. There is a mysterious third party that gave me a settlement amount, asked for my bank details. Now won’t pay me. Seriously go miles out of your way to avoid admiral and admiral law
