Scammers
I was involved in a non fault accident and the other party offered to fix and provide a hire car. Winn solicitors advised that I did not take it and provided an expensive hire car which in addition with the repair costs, cost more than my car value. The other party are disputing and they have forced me to sign documents to take the other party to court. When I raised concerns on 1/10/25, they did not reply. Today, I received a letter informing me that I would be liable to pay hire fees if they cannot recover or if I have been 'dishonest '. Avoid avoid avoid, the 5 star reviews are fake and these people are true scammers. The hire fees are tens of thousands of pounds and they intentionally delayed the completion of my car to rack up higher fees. My car is still currently damaged and the accident occurred in May 2025. They also force you to provide intrusive financial information. Shocking!!

Winn solicitors have been extremely helpful with my claim, especially Jamie Scorer who was so nice to talk to, very professional, polite and helpful. I have never had to claim for anything before but they do everything for you and explain everything every step of the way.
