Okay it was absolute zero until after 3 years since the incident we got Dale take our case and just got it resolved. Until then it felt like we were being passed around teenagers with scripts and rules but gave no guidance, especially when you’re self employed. At the end we were just happy to get it closed. My advice is find solicitors that actually care and talk you through the process.

I have a case ongoing from 7/1/26 to which I've done all that's been requested each time. In April I messaged to find out what was going on and was asked to send more information which I did and no one contacts unless I message not even an acknowledgement that the information has been received.
