He got us a good rate as I checked with the insurer directly and we would have been charged a higher rate if we went direct. Overall good service.

I was called multiple times for no reason other than to sell me other things, under the guise of it being necessary to complete the quote. I stopped picking up and then the order was submitted even though I asked for it to not be!

Money Supermarket app
I was put in touch with this company via Money Supermarket app. They phoned me promptly the next day and I spoke to to someone who then passed my call onto someone I think called Jo. He kept me on the phone asking questions and explaining different aspects of private health insurance for nearly one hour. He promised to email info through to me to review and then arranged a followup call for yesterday. I have received neither. A complete waste of my time and I would request they delete all information they have taken for me as doubt they integrity.

Aiysha helped me to find appropriate medical insurance for our needs. I am retiring imminently and will be coming off of my employers policy, which meant that this was an unfamiliar process for me. I had dozens of questions, requested multiple quotes over many many weeks. Aiysha was incredibly patient, helpful and professional throughout, and I never felt pressured to sign up. Horrible company
Horrible company, I’ve not got legal help and first protocol was to get the financial ombudsman involved which I have - these guys are liars, my daughter suffered a lot cause of these guys and there agent James, after all investigations will be complete I will add all the information and outcome here, I don’t want any other consumer to suffer in the hands of these horrible company
