Am a Belgian buyer, will never order anything from them again, only after a threat with the Belgian and British local police, what I did, was my hedge trimmer delivered after 4 months.
I WANT TO CALL ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS TO NEVER PURCHASE THEM ONLINE AND SURE NOT FROM ABROAD

believe it or not i have tried for 3 years to get a strimmer head for a k0matsu strimmer without succes. on contacting abbey garden after a conversation with the sales department they supplied one to me fast. my strimmer is now A1 thankyou abbey paul g

Only place to get strimmer heads once MacCulloch stopped.
Possibly better than original ones.

Avoid at all costs. 8 days after placing order I emailed asking when it would be sent, never received a reply. 3 days after that i emailed again to cancel my order as i had located the parts elsewhere, again no reply. I contacted paypal to open a complaint and the following day the parts get dispatched. My cancelled order ticket was read and closed with no reply. Will never order from them again,

They are very good and definitely will be dealing again wit this supplier.

They eventually gave me my money back.
It would appear that there is a God after all.

Bad experience. Found out that Item not in stock. Loads of emails and phone calls. Took 17 days. I will avoid in future.

Telephoned for advice and the chap at the other end could not have been more helpful. Would definitely use them again

Why oh why did I choose to ignore the extensive negative feedbacks for this joke compamy....BIG MISTAKE !!

I ordered parts that were said to be in stock on 10thDec 2018, but the order never arrived.
I emailed them several times, but all I received was an automatic reply saying that they were “busy”. The contents of my emails were all ignored . I telephoned on several occasions and each time I was blatantly lied to about delivery dates. I eventually informed them that I had contacted Paypal Resolution Centre, and only then did I seem to get some sort of reaction, although their reaction was to quote a delivery time, which again was a lie.

I finally received the order after FOUR MONTHS of attempting to deal with this pathetic supplier. Never again will I be stupid enough to ignore such extensive negative feedback that surrounds this incompetent company. If only there was a Nil Star rating, they would certainly be awarded it.......... Please BE WARNED.

Ordered some Strimmer parts and after waiting a week called to check status to be told been waiting for a bit to come into stock but miraculously arrived that day, said it would be posted out but after another week waiting called again and was told a replacement order would be sent next day deliver...didn’t turn up next day! But was posted on the day it was supposed to reach me. Really disappointed in delivery time and there was no indication the parts were not in stock in the first place.

Quick service in finding the right part and having it delivered

Ordered a chainsaw bag and chain oil on the 14th Feb 2019. No confirmation of dispatch email by the 19th so I messaged them and the next day they sent a reply curtly saying it would be dispatched in 2-3 days when I would get an email. 26th and still nothing so I messaged them and... nothing! 2nd March and still nothing so I messaged and emailed them saying I wanted my money back. Guess what.... NOTHING!!! I've had to instigate a claim through PayPal to try and get my money back. Since that was nearly a week ago, I'm guessing they're receiving the same ignorant treatment as I have. Abbey Garden Sales are the most disgusting company I have ever had to deal with.

No complaints. Followed up order with phone call to explain delivery process for Lawn Mower. Delivered within timescales promised.

Impressed with quality of this budget chain. Has 7 more cutters than my old chain, so more efficient and smoother cutting.
