Abbey Garden 

This was my first time using Abbey Garden sales I would never use them again. Shocking customer service weeks for item to be delivered. I gave up on them after 3 phone calls wish I could turn back the clock and not order from them.

So helpful on the telephone, and found the part for a very old ride on Lawn mower, and posted to us, made it so easy.

Absolutely Appalling Service, promised delivery would occur several times during the six weeks they had my order (and my money) I should have realised the way things were headed sooner as they didn’t respond to emails, I called them and cancelled the order and they still haven’t refunded me 10 days later, and still no response to emails, I’m forced to contact the card company to pursue

Customer service is great could not find the items I wanted rang up the shop, the help I received was great, they found the parts I needed and sorted it for me

The vee belt I was advised was the one I required, although the one supplied was of the same. circumference as the one I wanted to replace, after I had fitted it the clutch drive wheel did not engage with the belt, so no traction was provided . The belt seems to be of a lesser quality than what is required and just "stretches" when the clutch handle is pulled to engage the "clutch drive wheel"

Shocking service. Purchased several items for my Efco strimmer engine and paid in full via PayPal. 8 weeks later I have nothing to show for the money. Phone up and you get fobbed off with back order issues. They don’t respond to emails other than automated responses. They say they will call you back and don’t. Written of my money now. True conmen

Just came across abbey garden sales when I typed in the part no of the belt I required, easy navigation on the sales page and belt was here a couple of days later, what an excellent no fuss service, I would certainly recommend them for sure, thank you abbey garden sales

Good site but a little slow responding to my order and delivery not as quick as expected.

6 weeks to send a small order, ignored my contact attempts and only delivered after I took action via Paypal

You did not respond to my email enquiry so I took ‘pot luck’ and ordered the part which took some time to arrive.

Friendly staff, informative would recommend.

I spoke with a gentleman called Craig excellent customer service he was brilliant and my mower is now back in working order

Like those below, I ordered and paid for Countax parts 10 MAY 2019.

Chased with a phone call 15th JUNE to be told it would be sorted out and dispatched within a week.

Another call to Sam 26th JUNE to be told it would be investigated and he would call back. Quick as a flash - nothing happened!

Rang again today 2 JULY to be told by Sam it would arrive on Friday 5 JULY

IF it actually happens that will be 9 WEEKS FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY.

Never again.

1 star given so I could write a review I've never experienced for such a long wait for spare parts from a company before waited a week for a part which from another company I recived next day so be warned if you don't mind waiting for xmas then carry and use this company otherwise use someone else

chris in sales was very good but they were let down by asking efco direct to send the mower .It was not dispatched by them for 7 days after placing the order. It took prompting by Chris in sales for it to be dispatched at 11am and it arrived at 11 30am the next day

Your technical staff were excellent in determining the best solution for my broken strimmer

Ordered a belt an spring for a hayter mower after five days nothin so I rang them he couldn’t tell me why they hadn’t even been sent or processed he said I have the belt but no spring let me see if I can sort you somethin next thing I know two days later the belt an the wrong spring as I thought from the comment about findin me one a bit of advice use henton an chattel far superior
