it was so easy to use there web site everything u needed to complete your holiday booking and a total price at the end no going from page to page great site will use again

We have just returned from s week in benalmadena ,as we do every year on our wedding anniversary we took my son his wife and granddaughter we the flight was with Ryanair as always no problems,but we got our transfer he was not sure were we were going I know benalmadena very well,he first took us to Sunset Beach Club so he looked at the transfer voucher from A1 and took us to the hotel I thought I had booked Pirre Vacances . He left us there but when I handed in my booking papers the reception said that was NOT the correct place ,So we had to book a taxi 6euros to another hotel , Good Places which is not on my intinary anywhere ,the pool was not in use which upset my granddaughter it was a proper mess , we have used A1 once never again we have used Travel Republic for 12 years I wish we had stayed with them.

Just booked yesterday to Madeira up till now all documents emailed and printed so so far so good.

Have been using A1 Travel now for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with the service they provide.

The booking process was unclear - instead of paying a deposit only as I'd thought a full payment was taken.
Replying to question 'was we able to rectify.... :/
Anyway, the answer to the question would have to be 'sort of'. Still uncertain the advisor knew I only wanted a partial refund and that I wasn't cancelling the booking.

When asking for refund of hotel and carparking after a flight cancellation i was told it was a total loss i found out that my money had not even been fowarded to the hotel also the carpark fee was not paid the airline refunded my flight cost but a1 travel would not pay a penny back even though they had not even paid it out is this fraud ?

I've been using A1 for many years and never had any issues.

Having been in holiday with this company many times before we have always had excellent customer service and found them to be more than reasonable in their cost .will always bookwiththem

Everything is so easy to search & book on this companies website, I like that you can see the cheaper travel dates easily without having to run a separate search, filters are very useful & seeing the flight times. My favourite thing about this company is that the prices are competitive and I love the fact that you pay the price advertised (so fed up with other companies that advertise prices, yet when you phone it's 'No longer available at that price' and its an extra £100 each or sometimes even more) very easy to use their online booking & promptly received all the booking documents etc. Will definitely be checking this company everytime I'm looking for a holiday in future.

The first holiday I went for I was told was no longer available even after receiving confirmation perhaps you should not advertise that which you can’t supply However I persevered as I have used your company many times previously and found another holiday which went through smoothly

straight forward booking no hassles great service I would say to anyone give them a try you wont be sorry I booked for 10 days Benidorm sept -oct and iv booked again for 10days dec-jan

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, expect phone to be put down, being told not to hassle them when there is a problem, and to be passed round to people who have 5 hour dinners and cant come to the phone...

I am writing this before we go to Spain on a trip booked through A1 Travel. Checking their website was effortless and I soon found a trip that suited my wife and I. Soon after confirming the holiday and paying online I received a call from one of their staff checking if I was real and asking several questions. it was after that the full set of documents were sent to me by email and I was able to log onto the EasyJet website and check in online for both flights and print boarding cards. Good old EasyJet.

Found this very easy to arrange online. Great correspondence with a1. That good my friends going to book same hotel with us
