Haven't been on trip yet , so cannot rate that , but booking process was easy & better prices than I found anywhere else . Low deposit means I don't worry about losing money if anything happens to company too . Quickly mailed invoices & all documentation too .

Very bad travel again will never book again

Holiday confirmed and all information sent very promptly. All documents in order. Would be very happy to use them next time

Poor correspondence as I had a problem with my all inclusive package whilst on holiday, called several times and was always advised someone would call me back and they never did. was incorrectly advised by one of your advisors when I called regarding the all inclusive package as it did not contain other alcohol options on the all inclusive documents. Despite speaking with one of your advisors on the 10th September before I left, I was advised the documentation was wrong and the package did include alcohol.

I have booked with A1 Travel twice now and have found them to be efficient, polite and professional.

Excellent booking facility very easy to use and very efficient

This is my second booking and on both occasions have found things very easy and efficient. Paperwork was sent within the hour and I had no issues with the service I have received.

Very very pleased with the service I received, very easy to book on line , but I still managed to go wrong !!! , but took just one phone call and it was all sorted out very efficiently and very Quickly, and got all documents sent to me Via email , very straightforward and easy to do .

Very precise and helpful.Long time since I d done a booking like this but with Monarch failing and having too,a polite call from the girls varified my booking and reassured I booked ok.Then when I needed assistance to print off tickets I phoned and was told how to sort it Thank you P Astle.

Website so easy to use and staff very helpful. Have used A1 twice before, wouldn't think of booking elsewhere as they have everything covered and make booking a holiday hassle fee.

I emailed the company shortly after booking my holiday, they replied immediately ....Now that is fantastic customer service.

A1travel website does not allow me to adjust my booking so I try calling them up.
Get put on hold for 10 minutes before being told their system is being very slow and I can email them and they will respond.
Received email straight away directing me to wizzairs website. So I email back and receive another email reiterating to use wizz air website.
No ownership of my custom, no explaination of how to use the website.

at a difficult time due to monarch we were getting desperate as our friends are already in cala bona and we wanted to join them A1 came to our rescue in brilliant style, they were helpful and efficient, I will be using their service again
