Never ever have I experienced customer service like it. Never have I experienced such a shockingly bad travel company to cause someone so much stress BEFORE a holiday.

20 days before flying I get an email saying that the hotel I booked in Gran Canaria with them 4 months ago is not available. Despite me making full payment. A less attractive, worse reviewed hotel was offered or I was told to have a refund and not go on holiday! With resent I accepted the hotel - for the sake of a holiday. I went 2 days without them getting back in touch to confirm the new hotel. I called them to be told that the 2nd hotel was sold out! I escalated a complaint. Waited a day. No reply! Their customer service team are so rude. Extremely unhelpful. No one wanted to take any ownership.

Again i had to chase them. I was offered a 3rd hotel. I immediately accepted it. I was called back later that day and again told "TOO LATE, ITS SOLD OUT".

Fuming is an understatement. I raised a further complaint.

I was then offered a 4th Option but later discovered that this hotel had a €200 deposit requirement! I tried begging them to find another option. I don't have this money? And it's their screw up in the first place. A day onward, still no call to confirm anything!!!

I called this morning demanding to speak wigs manager or supervisor as my complaint callback from yesterday still hasn't been addressed to be told "WE DONT HAVE ANY MANAGERS OR SUPERVISORS IN TODAY"

Called the 4th hotel myself to see if there was a booking under my name as I have absolutely no faith in a1 !

We had an amazing holiday in Turkey at a truly unbelievable price. Everything was organized and taken care of by A1 and was exactly how it should have been. Very efficient.

We recently used this company and were a bit sceptical about using them as we had never heard of them. But any doubts we had were soon vanished, we received a call straight after booking the holiday to confirm our details and everything else was straightforward. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

This is the first time we have booked a holiday with a1 travel and we have received a brilliant service with friendly easy to deal with staff. I would recommend this company to anyone

Always first class service

I've booked 5 holidays now with A1 Travel and the service has been utterly flawless. We travel often and were encountering web site after web site offering cheap deals that, when one tried to book them, seemed to evaporate.

Not so with A1 Travel. Direct and transparent booking online with friendly and helpful staff athe end of the phone all add up to a positive experience which I have recommended to others.

I wouldn't use by one else.

Easy enough to make booking online but trying to get hold of someone in the aftersales team in order to make a small change was just impossible. Sales team make excuse after excuse for why I couldnt speak to someone who could help me. This is the first time using a1... my booking for next year starting to worry me now since customer care is so poor.

This is the second time we have booked a holiday with A1 Travel and like the last time we cannot fault them. The help over telephone was excellent. The paperwork including the transfers was excellent. All in all an excellent company to book a holiday with. Will definitely be using A1 Travel again.

This website is easy to use and has all the pertinent search filters to narrow down places of interest. Booking is quite a simple process where account creation is not required in order to reserve a booking using a secure page. All in all the whole booking process was very smooth.

I like the website and the easy way to navigate around it. The only downfall is the amount of deposit you ask for, its too much and I think will put me off of booking again. most holiday companies ask a minimum amount.,

We have used a1 travel company a few time now. After monarch went bust, we needed to find another holiday. We were searching the net and found A1 to be the best and booking the holiday online was so easy, within 30 mins we had all confirmation for our holiday. Thanks to A1 no stress 😊

Terrible customer service, lied to where trying to get a refund for cancelled flight, in the end a cheap holiday cost a lot of money, should have done it myself in the first place.
