Bus stops in hosur for more than an hour and dumps with full load of luggages.
Is this a passenger bus or a dump lorry ?

Very worst experience ever don't book in a1 bus they don't have proper customer service.. today I booked ticket kollam to coimbatore the bus got breakdown in trivandrum.. we asked us to be in pick up location by 10pm but they didn't arrange any alternative. Just said breakdown with my 2 young girls I stood in pickuppoint till 12.30. Again they asked us to wait for half an hr more...very worst experience ever ...suggesting everyone to not pick this optio. For comfortable travel..

no proper timing, always something will happen , only aim for flower business, they don't bother about their passengers, staff aim only earning money. please improve the time, change the old buses. now i am in bus, suppose to kollam at 7 am but still we are cherthala. bus breakdown in the night.

The bus to Karaikal from Krishnagiri scheduled at 10 30 pm... Date 21/4/24. Didn't show up. And both the contact numbers didn't pick up. Finally the bus came by 11 20 pm. I was left clueless at an unknown place in midnight. Worst services from a1 travels

Wonderful travel experience

They are not changing the blankets every trip. The crew said that they will change only for the morning trip and will be used the same for the night trip which is pathetic.

I travelled yesterday from trivandrum to calicut.
Vehilcle ful bedbugs.
No clean.
Staff told us if you have any complaint go to office.

If I could give no stars at all, I would. I've been travelling for 7 years now and A1 Travels is the worst. Not at all reliable, worst customer service, worst vehicle maintainance etc... I would gladly choose a local bus with no cushions over A1 Travels any day! Very unreasonable when comes to refunds and other formalities! Fraud!!

Worst service, rude PPL

Very worst experience.Waited for around 2hrs for this bus .If you are a person who is traveling for any emergency reasons please don't choose this bus.And this people don't know how to behave to passengers.will never choose this bus for traveling again.

No rating The driver's name is Essaki Coimbatore to Sivakasi. Very very Worst experience ever. They don’t know how to interact with a passenger they are showing rude behavior. Driver smoking in front of the passengers while driving using bad words not mentioned timing also. The driver behaved wrongly we called to A1 travel office continuously no one picked up the call. Driver said where ever u call no problem to me. The cleaner was not there on the bus. No one doesn't choose the A1 travel buses.

Very bad experience. Bus is not all keeping timing. Today suppose to reach Chennai from Calicut at 0830. Still near to Pondichery only. Very rude behavior by driver and helper. They are interested to get passengers from on the way.

The very worst bus company ever. Stinky, dirty, broken sleeper, rude driver.
