Very worst experience...I have a important client meeting in Karaikal but bus timing is more than 2hrs late ...i personally really bad experience today ..if u have a important work don't choose a1 travels....more than late timing and worst customer experience

This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I reached the boarding point and saw the bus right in front of me, but no one called or waited. When I called, they rudely told me it was late and asked me to come to Silk Road instead. I chased the bus and after multiple unanswered calls, they finally stopped just before Silk Road.

Later during the journey, I had an urgent need to use the restroom. Despite repeated calls, the driver ignored me and cut my calls. The company helpline was equally unhelpful. Only after constant pressure did the driver stop in a flooded area, and I had to find a restroom on my own in the rain.

The charging ports didn’t work, the sleeper seats were in terrible condition, and around 5 AM, we were made to switch buses. The second bus was even worse – windows were stuck open in heavy rain, the bedding was dirty, and charging ports still didn’t work.

To top it off, the bus arrived 2.5 hours late after unnecessary tea and breakfast stops. Absolutely terrible service – I would never recommend A1 Travels to anyone.

I have traveled on A1 many times but this time when I traveled I was very disturbed and could not even sleep by taking a sleeper ticket it was high dangerous driving. No longer interested in taking a risk and traveling on A1

Worst experience. I travelled from Chennai to Bharathiyar Univ,CBE. I had a ticket to Univ only. But they asked me to get down @ Gandhipuram itself. Am new to CBE. I searched bus a1 for direct to University. But they told to me sensor issue, get down here nu.while boarding itself they said, no drop point in Univ gate. They said some reason and asked to get down. If so then y? u travels, has the drop point to place you will not drop. V bad Situation

A1 Transport office, they are behaving very aggessrively. We just received one parcel in A1 transport parcel while went to take parcel, one person treated my dad very badly. he is aged people once they are coming inside means they need to convey calm pls dont come inside but that guy shouted with bad words and he didnt give respect to his age. My brother asked sorry also but one lady also behave very local. Why this type of people working in A1 travels really we are feel very bad bcz already this incident happened to us. Pls A1 Transport owner give warning to your workers. We are putting parcel per month 100 parcel in Rathimeena, KPN and MSS transport. For this reason only we are not using A1 transport By VIP Systems

I travelled from Neyveli to Bangalore on 31 Aug 24 and booked an upper berth and I don't have space to keep the luggage in the bus and I asked to open the backside storage space to keep the luggage whereas the bus driver is shouting like anything. This is the worst experience that I have felt in travel. They do not even provide the water whereas other operators are providing the same and also no live tracking for the bus.

When I tried to give feedback in their portal , it was not allowing us to write more than two sentences. it showing that they are not even willing to take their customers feedback.

Please don’t book A1 travels , the driver speaking unwanted words to the regular passenger, they are having unprofessional drivers, no proper words to use customers, I had very worst experiences with this drivers, please do not go with family , this bus is unsafe for the children’s also , they are very rute and money minded.

👎👎👎👎👎Yesterday, I traveled from Pondicherry to Coimbatore. My bus was scheduled to leave at 9:15 PM, but I mistakenly thought it was at 9:45 PM. I contacted the bus driver and asked him to wait for 10 minutes so I could catch up, but he refused, saying he wouldn't stop unless I overtook and blocked the bus.Eventually, I caught the bus at Ariankuppam, but my uncle started shouting at the driver because of his uncooperative behavior. The driver responded with rude and irrelevant remarks, leading to a verbal argument. As I got on the bus, the driver aggressively told me, "You won't be able to reach your home, I swear."This made me feel very uneasy and fearful during the entire journey. It was the worst experience I've had in my three years of traveling by bus.👎👎👎👎👎

I booked A1 travels today (02/07/2024)from Vadalore to Coimbatore via Redbus for my wife seat no L5(Last seat before seat) after hiring the bus staff told that L5 seat is last lower berth seat ,while connecting RedBus customer care executive he connected with driver in concal ,Driver spoken me casually” that this bus seat allignment is changed what to do for this” My wife is medical treatment she cant able to travel in last seat your bus driver response is worst he asked me to speak to redbus or report ,this is not a proper response from your driver’s side,The drive guy whose spokend to me is in kidding manner in tamil language “ என்ன பன்றது bus மாறிடிச்சு “ if something medical condition happend to my wife means whether he is responsible for this? using redbus and a1 for last 7 year’s continuously ,after this incident i felt bad and henceforth i decided to not using A1 Travels ,its showing that there is no safety for female travelers in A1 travels,I want proper resolution for this incident,i will share this incident to entire my frineds group and in my insta fb and x platform and watspp group about this incident,My booking details as follows

I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Kozhencherry and it was such a disappointment for me to express it here.
This A1 travels had some tax issues and we had to return to Bangalore and travel via Wayanad to reach my destination
I was supposed to reach Kozhenchery by 8.50 Am(19/06/24)and I have been informed by the driver that they are helpless abt it and will be reaching my destination by 6 Pm (19/06/2024)
I would definitely not recommend this travel bus again

Worst experience in A1 travels from Bangalore to coimbatore. The attitude of A1 officer in Bangalore (1st floor opp to ayyapa swamy temple near cassino inn kalashipalaiyam Bangalore) and the driver was very horrible..they really don't know how to treat their passengers and they just behaved really harsh to the passengers without any sense...they can't even give an proper response to the passengers
