Bus got break down , all mechanics do not know what to do .m no spare bus from the operator .. Worst response from customer service ...

I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. The condition of the bus was poor, and despite paying the fare the air conditioning rarely worked leaving us in uncomfortable hot conditions. The driver and cleaner's behavior was also unacceptable as they didn't know how to treat passengers with respect. Many other passengers shared this negative opinion and overall it's safe to say that this is a terrible bus service

Very poor experience.
Never book this particular bus.
No responsibilities towards customers.
Once bus gets breakdown passenger inside bus for 12 hrs
No responsibility in giving smy alternative options.
No value time for passengers time and money.

HAD A TRAVEL FROM KOCHI TO TVM . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD . I RECOMMEND NOT TO TRAVEL AGAIN HERE EVEN SMALL DISTANCE. SEMI SLEEPER SEATS WERE IN PATHETIC CONDITION. NEEDS REPAIR SOON. AND SMELL INSIDE THE BUS WAS Intolerable. AND EVEN CHARGING MORE RATE COMPARED TO THIER COMPETITORS LIKE SURESH KALLADA WHICH IS MORE CHEAPER AND GOOD AMBIENCE. OVERALL IT WAS A SOLID 1.

I'm humbly requesting not to book this service if you are expecting a safe and comfortable journey.
I booked ticket from Chennai to Kottayam on 7th July 2023 the berth which I got was not at all properly cleaned, cushions are torn,not providing any space to keep the luggage,not even a fan is available in this bus ,also the staff behaviour is rude not providing any respect to customers so I'm giving zero rating to this bus, please go ahead for any other service providers for better experience, A1 travels journey is worst of money,I will not travel any more with this service

i booked ticket Coimbatore to chennai for my mother age person they are waiting1 hour in the boarding point but bus is too late.the driver called me and he behaved very rudly.i shoulted them thats why they dont pickup my mother and not refunded my money . no 1 cheated a1travels

2hr ​late arrival,11.30 for dinner, where nothing was available at hotel except Parota, which is not digestible while traveling.
Driver:-Vry rude, nt co operated for old age lady seat exchange by driver.Driver refused to exchange his bed stating can't help, to sleep on top bed where we got booked.As we did not get lower bed,we had booked. Refused to stop bus when we got urgent Urine even after very much request

Cleanliness:-vry dirty seats & beds,bedbugs all over.Not at all recommend...

Please dont book as its less, you will really repent after booking

The worst ever travels with worst customers service. I am not sure whom they are alloying to take calls for the customer queries. Such a worst and worst travels I have ever went. No cleanliness and nothing. Please give a training to the customer executives to how to speak to the customer.
