I am mortified to read this. It is completely unacceptable that you were promised a resolution and have subsequently been ignored—especially after sending three follow-up emails.

Knowing that these funds belong to a U12 football team and represent hard fundraising work makes our failure to respond even more disappointing. We sincerely apologize to you and the team for the added stress we have caused.

I want to resolve this right now. Please reply to this review with your Order Number (or DM us directly), and I will personally ensure the full refund and shipping costs are processed today. I will also be looking into why your previous emails were missed to ensure this doesn't happen again.
