Ordered on line, slightly more carriage than expected, but having said that, top notch service, delivered early and the doors are excellent. Would use again, would recommend.

The product of a hardwood door frame was very good. Great quality and the staff at Kershaws really very helpful. The delivery company was appalling - after receiving an email confirming my order had been collected by the delivery firm I had to phone three times before getting any reply. Then I was told I would be rang back two days later and given a delivery date. I then had to phone another two times eventually resorting to phoning Kershaws to help me get a date for delivery. I paid a significant amount for this delivery but received an very bad service. Because of this very poor unprofessional service I would defiantly not buy from Kershaws again.

The door is well made, and looks better in real life. The ordering process is very smooth and delivery was as expected. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and the company.

I have ordered a few doors from Kershaws and they have always been good quality, and odd sizes can be bought which are otherwise hard to get hold of. The customer service is very good and I am always kept informed regarding orders.

We have very unusual size internal doors. I called Kershaw Doors and the help I recieved was brilliant. They call before delivery so its convenient. Couldn't fault them. Very pleased with their service

Only thing is the doors where out of stock and delivery took about 2-3 weeks. Other than this all else was good.

I have been looking for a reasonably priced set of internal French doors for quite a while, spent sometime looking on Kershaws site and found an oak beveled set. I also received a phone call on a Sunday offering a Thursday delivery. The doors are great, good quality and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Purchased a door through online outlet with option to collect, was a slight delay when the email/message confirming the doors availability for collection went missing but was sorted quickly when someone phoned to let me know it had arrived. Collected and was spot on. Would definitely recommend.

The door I ordered took a week to be dispatched and a further 10 days to be delivered. (Kershaws did state on their webside that it could take a week for dispatch) It is a quality door and was delivered in good condition and on the day promised by the courier. The accessories ordered were short of a hinge but this was rectified by first class post without any fuss. So good service from Kershaws but their courier is slow.

Very happy with my oak veneer bifold door. Delivery took 2 weeks, I would have expected a quicker service for such a high delivery charge.
