I received the door in time, all went well. While installing we found a chip on the top inside of the left door (always check the doors as soon as they are delivered!). Neil kindly assisted us and sent us a replacement.

I bought French door and windows for the whole house. Beautiful oak colour. Neil was very helpful and supportive when I was ordering. The price was good and affordable.
We had situation where one glass broke while installing, Neil helped us and arranged replacement same day without extra cost.
Generally I’m very happy with all service and I would recommend the company.

Cannot fault the delivery driver or the customer service, only downside was the glass delivered does not come with any padding what so ever literally nothing, I was carrying a piece of the glass into my porch and the corner touched the floor, not banged just touched and a pain of the triple glaze shattered, if this was padded this would not have happened. Expensive fix at an extra 300 for a new piece. I need all new windows/doors and frames but will order from somewhere that uses padding. Would have at least expected something on the corners if they shatter so easily. Would not recommend and would not use again

Neil and the guys really went out of their way to ensure we got exactly the right door for purpose, after sales care has been great and delivery was quick, efficient and pleasant. We got a real bargain of a product with the French doors as well.

Very good quality and excellent Customer service even on the day when we had a couple of questions during fitting
We were reluctant to order online and not go through a Traditional Double glazing company but saved so much money in doing so
Even the handles are very high quality
We paid £1800 for our French doors and windows and local Glazing companies were quoting £3300 including fitting
Our builder fitted the doors and we saved around £1500 by going this route

I replaced a large old window in our house and where it was my first time measuring and buying windows, I reached out to their staff for help. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me make some amendments to my order ahead of me placing it (thanks Neil!). Delivery was on time and the measurements of the final window were spot on. The window is now in place and looks great. Thanks to Neil and the team for all their help!

Well I have had my new French door fitted for a week now and glad I changed it! They are doing a great job of keeping this wind out and look fantastic.
We opted for the A-rated glass and they are definitely keeping the warmth in.
I was also surprised to see the locking system is made by Yale!
Overall a very nice door that uses top end hardware for a very reasonable price.
Craig was most helpful at helping me decide which door to choose.
Would certainly recommend.

Some time ago I bought a sliding door. The biggest problem turned out to be that the side panel of the sliding door is wet during colder days which causes water to run down dripping onto the wooden floor destroying it, I reported the issue many times and it was ignored. Another thing is the rollers on which the door is mounted. They simply last only a few months and then need to be replaced again because they are of poor quality. The lock insert also wore out quickly.

Neil was amazing, chatting to me on the phone to answer my questions and endure that we got exactly what we wanted. We had a slight customisation which was catered for brilliantly. Neil managed to expedite the order and the doors arrived 2 weeks later.

They are now fitted and they look great!

I recently purchased doors and windows from Affordable Doors and found them to be very competitively priced. The order process went very easily with good communication to ensure my expectations were met. A date was set for delivery and all items were delivered on the date agreed in good condition and with assistance from the delivery driver stored safely. I checked everything in detail after the delivery driver had left and found one glazing bead was missing so i contacted customer services and the missing bead was delivered the next day, great service. So far everything is fitting well and therefore have given 5 stars. Thanks again for the brilliant service..

I would not hesitate in dealing with this company and ordering from them again. They were very helpful and informative over the phone, the product was very good quality, and the gentleman who delivered the doors was very friendly.

Great company,the doors arrived as advised,delivery driver friendly and helpful.
Had an issue with edging on door,contacted company and Neil couldn't have been anymore helpful,issued part required very efficiently and timeously.

We have had two doors from Affordable Doors and have been very happy with them. Could not fault them for anything, such good value and the communication has been excellent. Would certainly recommend them.

As another mentioned here, uPVC plastic warped, not straight regardless how much you fix it, it has sagged... Two different installer opinions both same. Regardless you can physically see it sagging and frame warped before during and after install now have a gap allowing draft in. Wouldn't mind but it was anything but cheap. Other more expensive doors have thicker better frame and metal reinforcing I regret my order

Great service, both Neil and the team so helpful and kind. I had to contact them due to a damaged panel in my door a few months after it was delivered, they didn't hesitate to get it replaced and delivered a new one within days

Follow up service from the team was great, my order was pushed through quickly to prevent shipping delays (I live in a fairly remote area).
Quality of the items received was great, and instructions for installing the door and window were found on the website and via QR links supplied.
A follow up query, due to a mistake by me, was dealt with extremely efficiently and professionally.

Pricing with the company is very competitive, with a wide range of options and colours to suit all needs and budgets. As work progresses, I will more than likely be placing further orders.
