The doors are ideal and just what I wanted

Very good service apart from delivery time. Phoned to say they would deliver 6.30 am on the Friday as it would be first delivery, didn't turn up until 8.0am. the driver arrived in Weymouth the night before so could have text me to say he would later!!!! Very nice door.

The sales team helped me out by advising and sourcing the correct ironmongery for my door set, he took down my order and offered advice on how I should treat my door.

The goods arrived exactly when he said it would!

Not only was the glass broken it transpired Kershaw do not supply replacement glass panels, only frames with the panel already fitted which means the complete entrance system had to be removed damaging all the reviles on the new plaster work. This is appalling customer service, buy elsewhere.

I ordered a door. Asked for a schematic of the precise measurements for the door so I could order the laminated glass.

They sent me the WRONG schematic!! So of course the glass I ordered was off! (Aprox 40mm top/bottom & 25mm left/right!)

They will tell you that they warned me that I should not order the glass before I received the door. They will post the email they sent me!
BUT on the phone, the part they wont admit to, they said it could be, 'a few millimeters off in either direction'. To which I answered that this was fine as you always order the glass needed a little smaller than the wood frame! But by sending me the wrong diagram I now have a useless piece of glass!! Thanks very much Kershaws!!

Did they apologize? NO!
Did they accept any responsibility for sending the wrong diagram? NO!
Did they try and work out a solution? NO!
Is the customer always right? NO, not according to this company!
Would I use this company again? NO, not if it was the last joinery firm in the UK.....
Should you use them? NO!!

People make mistakes. Be honest. Confess. Look for a solution! Offer a discount on my next purchase. Something like that!. But not Kershaws Doors!!

Poor customer service! Avoid

Was asked by my carpenter to source a new front door...very nervous about ordering online but after speaking to a very knowlegable salesman decided to go ahead. Thrilled with the price, quality and service from this company, delivered very well protected and within the week...couldn't be happier. Would use again.

I ordered bespoke sized doors. It was very clear that it would take up to 12 weeks to make, ad in fact they arrived after about 7. I am very pleased with them - well packed and good quality. Look stunning as wardrobe doors.

Bought grand entrance door set from them, really well made, beautiful and delivered on time and qucikly..lot of varnishing to do though! But a labour of love to make sure they can withstand the British climate.

I needed advice on fitting a stable door - something I had not done before. Kershaw doors had just the type of door I was looking for and their staff were extra helpful in advising me on the fittings I would need and trying to get everything to me on time. I'd definately use them again.

we picked kershaw doors and from start to finish with the order it was great service easy to talk to about the products we live in the outer hebrides and the doors turned up good solid doors overall very pleased with kershaw doors.

I bought a oak frame and door. Quality of the bits was great. Instructions for the frame were not for the exact frame I received. OK for me but could be an issue for some.

The ordering process was simple and the delivery within 9 days.
The door is in perfect condition and the staff at Kershaw doors very helpful with my queries on how to "finish".
Just need to get it fitted now.
