I never write reviews. Yet, they have been nothing short of amazing and during these times it’s refreshing! I ordered parts that were lost by UPS. 1A replaced them no questions asked! Well, 2 days after placing the order I was in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. A few weeks later, I called to return the parts. No expecting a refund, there was nothing I could do with them and they gave me no issue replacing the missing order I felt it was the right thing to do. Y’all they refunded my money mins shipping. Listen, in a time when companies are taking advantage of customers A1 Auto has a soul and shows their appreciation to their customers! They will always have my business and everyone I can speak the word to!

I upgraded my wife's car with trq performance rotors and ceramic pads. She noticed how better the car was stopping, but not until she was in a near miss accident. She had to slam on the breaks and the improved stopping power really performed. I am now in the process of changing all my vehicles breaks when needed to trq performance. Thank you 1A auto.

1Auto: Wow, I have seen 1Auto how to video on YouTube and they are one of few on YouTube that one can count on for reference to accurate information when working on a auto repair when doing for the first time diy home project including toque settings. But I recently made my first parts order and was totally impressed from time of finding a actual phone number and someone promptly answering the phone and a extremely helpful and experienced lady that informed me that how great the owner ran his company and was with his employees. They only sell parts they inspect approve and guarantee for life. They even have an automated system to use your phone to pay with credit card while on the phone. 1A Auto sets the Gold standard for all American Businesses. I personally have experience working for a large company that had two programs they used to bring all their employees on board to being Team Players witch is what All American’s need to do their part toward being what this country was in our Golden Years of the pass. No one person can do this. Let’s all follow in 1A Auto’s footsteps!

No refund
Bought some struts from them for $313.68. Bought some bulbs from another company. Just so happens that both products were defective and I returned them both to FedEx on the same day. FedEx mixed up the packaging and the lightbulb seller destroyed the struts and admitted to me via email. I sent the wrong mail to 1aauto to prove that it was just a shipping mixup. Receipts, screenshots and email proof messaging with their customer service for days. The light bulb seller refunded me fully understanding that it was not my fault. 1aauto did not refund me the $313.68 with all the proof I sent them. They stole almost $400 from me right after the holidays. Refused to even partial refund. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Cheap parts and dishonest customer service. And I will never return to this site. I will continue to share this testimony to warn innocent consumers of this company. Bad business!!

I would give them a zero if I could. There website had a guaranteed fit for my 2011 ford f-350 for the steering linkage. I bought it and it turns out it was for a wide steer. I couldn't get to working on it right way. It was past the 60 days. I contacted them and they tell me that I will have to pay 120 to ship to them for them to view it and give me 200 buck back for something I paid 300 plus for. So I said ok never mind I just am going to buy the right parts and just sell the other stuff. I order the new parts on Tuesday the 10 of February. They say order now get it Friday February 14th. I wait and wait no tracking for shipping. I messaged them today February 15th for them to be like oh well sorry we don't have them in stock yet the website had to tell you we were out. So instead of them admitting there website sucks and made a mistake it was somehow my fault. And so it won't be ship until Monday February 17th and of course they made the mistake I ask for faster shipping because my trucks in pieces they say no and end the conversation so pretty crap customer service, and no responsibility for messing up orders and the website will lie to sell things. Ive spent over 550 bucks for what should only have been 250 but the there website will lie about what fits and will lie on what they have. Probably the worst company to buy parts from. You'll either have a great experience which I've had with them. Or the absolute worst they don't care about your experience or taking care of you they just want your money.

The warranty and return policy is second to none. I had a AC blower motor go out that I purchased three years ago. I called customer service and within 10 minutes they had a brand new part heading my direction. Wonderful service.

No customer appreciation from 1A Auto
I ordered various parts for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee from 1A Auto . It took me a while to get around to performing the work only to find out that the main part I ordered is incorrect and won’t fit, even though I received a guaranteed fit using there fitment guide on their webpage . I called customer service told them right off the bat that I’m at their mercy because I’m past their refund timeline was just wanting to see if they could provide some type of help ?
Only to get the customer service representative to repeat twice to me that I was past the
( 60 day return policy ) . I mentioned to her I would no longer support A1 auto if this is the way they work with clients that have supported and spent thousands dollars over the years .

Pleasant warranty call experience
I had to call and warranty a part yesterday and had to turn around and do the same thing today for a like part on the same car and usually calling any customer service line nowadays is an exercise in a persons patience but neither of the 2 times I called was it unpleasant, even including hold time the calls were less than 10 minutes start to finish. That is in itself incredibe. The ladies(two different ladies, two different calls) were very nice, knew how to navigate the computer system quickly, and had me set up really fast. You guys rock
