Customer service is awesome, easy going and they get you to the right spot and right part the only thing that would make them better is some promotional items for good and loyal customer so they can advertise that 1A auto is the right doctor for when your car is sick 🤧

Rep not only answered all my questions but even tool thr extra time to do something for my benefit that wasn't required by 1a auto or the rep. Very pleasant to speak with

At the end of July I ordered a radiator for my truck and it arrived in three days; unfortunately it arrived in a torn up box without proper packing material and staples stuck in the radiator core. I called to request a refund and was ready to send it back. The customer service representative was very polite, helpful and assured me that a new radiator would arrive in three days with proper packing material and I needn’t return the damaged one. On August 6th, my new radiator was delivered again without packing material and the new radiator’s also damaged. After my experience with 1-A Auto, I won’t be doing any future business with this company.

For starters customer service opens at 8 and call was answered at 801 fantastic. CS rep was very professional and my issue was resolved in ten minutes with no hiccups.

The customer service agent who took my order was very helpful and knowledgeable of the kit I was needing.

I ordered an internal door handle and installed it myself. Their video was very helpful. Delivery was quick. Thank you!

I ordered a part for my window, the main power switch for my 2000 Toyota and added 2-day shipping for $16.71, on Sunday the 21st. Initially it was supposed to be here no later than 10:00 p.m. Tuesday July 23rd. Then I got a notification that there was going to be a one-day delay making it Wednesday the 24th and by today which is the 25th my part still wasn't here so I called and I talked to Charlie who was the customer service rep and he refunded my 2-day shipping fee since my part has not arrived yet. Although it'll still be 3 to 5 business days before my refund shows up I am very happy with this resolution and looking forward to my part arriving and Charlie was very patient with my frustrations.

Chaquitta was helpful, polite, and most importantly she got right to the point and resolved my situation. Then i got an email from her following up about a mistaken return label that was sent to me to inform me that i dont need to do anything else to complete my return. Very much appreciated, especially as she sent the email at the very end of her work day proving that 1A Auto actually cares about their customers, even at the end of a long day.

Absolutely loved the customer service! I also enjoyed that there was an actual person I could talk to and not just everything being automated. I will definitely be using this Company again.

I bought an alternator 10 months ago wasn't sure when I bought it wasn't sure about the warranty I called customer service within 5 minutes the lady told me I bought it last September it was fully warrantied and they would ship me out another one immediately and it'll be here by Wednesday the 24th what a great experience I will never do business with anyone else but 1A Auto they're the best

I had two orders which I ordered next day air separately for the same project, 1a auto sent them both in two boxes on the same UPS next day air shipment and UPS failed to deliver one of them halting the project until the 2 of 2 package arrived two days later. I paid over $90 in next day air fees for both and when I inquired with 1a auto on how they handle the claim with UPS, (the sender has to do this), I received no response. Terrible customer service and I suspect they just pocket the money themselves when it's the customer that should be refunded. Shady. I will not do business with 1a auto again, and I suggest you take this into account when ordering in a rush from them, or at all.

I've always enjoyed the "how to" videos from this company. I needed a pair of Volvo headlights for my daughter's 2008 XC70 before she went on a trip. I ordered a pair of DEPO headlights, and they arrived 2 days later and were packed really well for shipment. They are an EXACT match to the originals. They cost way less than from the dealer. I am a rather exacting customer and I want things to be right and shipped well. The lights are awesome and the entire experience with 1A Auto was exceptional! Well done!!

Awesome in fast response. Gave order on the phone to clarify online ads. Ordered before with great delivery and product. Love the help videos. It helps with determining if I take my vehicles into the shop or do the work myself. Parts are excellent quality and the staff are great!. Too bad shipping cost for where I reside.

My package was delivered on time however, the box was busted open when I received it and the parts were damaged. Immediately called Customer support and she immediately sent out replacement parts. I’ve used 1A
a few times and I’ve always been pleased with the parts and the service.
