We got off to a rocky start with a number of issues; however, Jay from the Tech team resolved everything for us and restored our confidence in purchasing from Wunda again.

Excellent customer service and product

Excellent customer service and product. I actually ordered one wrong product in the system package but this was exchanged very quickly.
We extended an old cottage with 3 feet thick walls and the WiFi signal was surprisingly not a problem. The extension now has underfloor heating with a conventional screed overlay, whilst the original cottage kept the old system but has replacement radiators with Wunda WiFi thermostatic radiator valves and a new boiler. The two systems run seamlessly from the Wunda app. Each room can be controlled separately having a different temperature if required. A versatile system that can be adjusted easily from our phones depending on whether we have family staying or it is just the two of us.
All rooms have been well insulated and we ran our system all winter with absolutely no problems. The heating was left on and we controlled the heat being supplied to each room. It seemed very cost effective to run once the thick stone walls and underfloor screed slab were up to temperature. Our main living areas were kept at 21degrees, our bedroom at 19 degrees (because we prefer that cooler) and other areas that were being unused at 18degrees. We also run a couple of dehumidifiers and a previously damp cottage now has absolutely no damp and is warm and cosy. Very happy customer.

Excellent customer services and quality…

Excellent customer services and quality of product. If I needed an extra item it was easy to arrange and delivered within a couple of days. For houses like mine where digging up the floor to insulate it wasn’t an option, this is the next best thing. Super efficient and works well with standard boilers and especially with tiled or stone flooring. Definitely noticed the price drop on the energy bills compared to the old radiators we used to have. Well worth it!

Excellent solution

Excellent solution, although a bit wasteful with their materials - but apparently you can request a refund on the unused materials.
It’s a great solution that warms our new kitchen really well. And we will definitely consider adding it to our lounger for a full ground floor underfloor heating solution.
It was surprisingly easy to install, which I managed from a DIY perspective. However you will need a qualified central heating engineer to connect to your heating system and install the pump.
I would definitely recommend the solution!

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish, easy to talk to made the process simple, provided all the required components at a very competitive price and even reduced it when they had to make a slight change. Would recommend to anyone considering underfloor heating.

Self installed 95 square feet 3 bedroom…

Self installed 95 square feet 3 bedroom bungalow only problem I had was the adhesive for the floor panels it’s now in 9 months connected to an air source heat pump lvt flooring the large lounge set for 21c the bedrooms are 2c lower no thermostats or actuators used open loop system works absolutely fine if you have some diy skills you can install this yourself and leave final connection to your heat source engineer

Exceptional

Exceptional! I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. The sistem works flawlessly-my home is now comfortably warm throughout and the heat distribution is even and efficient. Their customer service and tehnical expertise are truly top-notch. A fantastic investment and an excellent experience.
I highly recommend Wunda Underfloor Heating!

Regarding the Wunda UFH system, there are both positives and negatives.
The system itself is excellent and works perfectly once installed.

However, the installation process is more challenging than it appears in the videos.
Specifically, placing the pipes into the grooves—especially around corners—is very difficult.
But it all worth it when it works

Enquired about underfloor heating

Enquired about underfloor heating, and was assigned Luke Stevens as product advisor. Final quote came under the price of the estimate, and the process with Luke was smooth and easy and any questions were answered promptly. Under 1 week from enquiring to delivery. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from the original enquiry right through the design process up to placing my order. Delivery is booked for next week on the day I requested, looking forward to fitting the system in a couple of weeks time.

I read good things about the product

I read good things about the product, so was keen to reach out to Wunda. I dealt with Luke who was a fantastic communicator. The whole process was completely painless, not to mention super-speedy. This is a great company to work with.

I was in DIY hell with the Wunda system

Despite all my issues with the Wunda system, LVT and the Mobile App I cannot fault the customer support that is just brilliant and moves them from a one star to a three star.

I am currently in DIY hell with the Wunda system. It might work for small areas but I cannot recommend it for large floors, particularly if you are planning to use LVT.

I have spent 14 full days on this, and still do not have all the panels down. I have used 26 cans of adhesive. I described it to someone as doing a massive build your own jigsaw. I still have three of four panels that have some movement so need to pry them up, almost impossible without breaking and glue down again. I got three different types of adhesive from Wunda and the issue is with those that had the clear adhesive (others are green and blue).

It turns out that for LVT you have to fill up all the channels not used by the pipe with self levelling (and not the cheap stuff because it is going onto the insulation boards). There are a lot of channels, you will notice there are no videos covering this and no way to calculate how much additional self levelling you need.

Other issues:
1) No videos show what to do around door ways
2) No sizes given for panel cuts but you are expected to use parts of panels in other places, no clue to what and where
3) Static will keep shocking you as you handle them
4) I have really struggled with the clear glue and green Wunda branded glue. The blue one seems a lot better

From the point in interest to the…

From the point in interest to the confirmation of purchase Wunda had been amazing. Lots of information and support prior to accepting the quote. From accepting the quote it totally changed. Awful service, awful lack of help, support or interest in fixing the problems caused by Wunda. Stay away, don’t waste your time, or effort because they won’t help you. Missing product, designs, instructions, measurements, call the technical team and they tell you, you don’t have this product when there is a box of it sat in your kitchen, the same team telling me I’m wrong when he’s wrong and not looking at the right information, technical team giving wrong technical information. Really wish I’d followed my gut and gone with a different company now instead of just following the reviews online.

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the matter over the last couple of days and found the following:

We were informed on Friday (02/05/2025) that the underlay for Richard’s floor finish was mistakenly missed from delivery, at the time we sincerely apologised for this oversight. As soon as we were notified, we dispatched the missing item the same day, and it arrived the following day.

Regarding the comments on design and measurements, Wunda prides itself on offering one of the best design services in the industry. Unlike many competitors who rely on automated systems, our highly trained designers draw the pipe layouts and panel positions by hand. We do not include dimensions of every board on the plan, the plan is to-scale, which enables the end user to measure and cut with precision. Over the years we have sold tens of thousands of this particular system and have consistently received positive feedback for the extra attention to detail.

Regarding the comment ‘call the technical team and they tell you, you don’t have this product when there is a box of it sat in your kitchen’: After reviewing the call, it was initially unclear to our team that plain panels were included in the order, however, upon further inspection, they confirmed that they were part of the order and continued to answer the questions.

Richard, we regret that you feel this way, we have thousands of 5 star reviews due to our high level of service, designs and premium components. We never let a customer down, and in the rare event of a mistake, we strive to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible as we did with yourself.

What a genuinely great company

What a genuinely great company. Each interaction with them is positive and value-adding and every member of staff I’ve spoken with either face to face, by telephone or via email has been courteous, understanding, motivated and competent. It’s nice to know that such companies do exist.

Helpful support from from Luke…

I’ve had a few emails to & from Luke regarding a few problems with my E91 heating thermostat installation. Luke has been so responsive and helpful. He replies very quickly and his responses are always comprehensive and very helpful. He has sorted out my problems on 2-3 occasions. Couldn’t recomnend him and his company more. Pat Phelan.

What a great company A Plus Five Star

What a great company, I ordered some underfloor products from Andrew at Wunda on Wednesday morning, He told me he could deliver next day and thats exactly what they did in less than 24 hours from purchase, Also what a great service from the delivery guys too.

Paul from United Pallets Network delivered them 1st thing Thursday Morning, thats less than 24 hours from placing order, Nothing was too much trouble for Paul the driver who i think is based around Redditch, It was an A plus service.
