Marcos is extremely professional and helpful, really makes working with Warmup easy and enjoyable.

Website not wonderful, found it tricky to get quote for what I was asking for. A week and a bit after my enquiry Marcos (sales rep) called me, then a quote was created. Ordered thro' a local electrical wholesaler and fitting product was pain free (not powered up yet).

Marcos was very helpful throughout our project. We had a few issues with tradesman & his help was vital in getting the correct advice to keep my project on track. Thanks again!!!

I had an issue installing app and kept getting an error message. Sent it to tech support. Bingo within a couple of hours a solution was given.
Went back to thermostat, did as shown and now all sorted.

This is the second time Anton has helped me with setup and callibration of my new underfloor heating panel. He was beyond helpful, to the point, and explained things in a simple and straight forward manner.

The smart thermostat was a little tricky to setup on the WiFi which the instructions didn't seem to cover comprehensively. But the customer service and additional FAQs on the website helped get there in the end and no problems have been experienced since.

I struggled with some weird connection problems. Anton, really helped me out and made a weird experience truly good. I love the product, and now I also love Anton on support.
